From booking till day before departure a catalogue of disasters between Planet Cruise and Royal Caribbean. Websites loaded with wrong information and if I cancel will loose 100% of cost despite no errors on my part. Complaints made 10 day reply outrageous.

we booked a 10 day cruise 18 months ago, cut a long story short, we only received our refund back this morning after ringing, emailing and speaking to customer services nearly everyday, terrible service, we have also been chargerd so much interest on our credit card its just crazy! just refund back the people who want their refund.

Basically bought a deluxe beverage and boom internet package for £810.74 and was charged for this SIX TIMES.
Somehow I ended up with 3 in my cruise planner and 3 there is just no record of. I cancelled 2 in my planner and have had a refund for those 2.
This was on 27th May and in short, they still owe me over £2,400 for UNAUTHORISED transactions for 3 packages I did not buy and they have done NOTHING to resolve it.
Customer service is an absolute joke. Getting passed from department to department and don’t get to speak to anything because there is an ‘error in the call transfer’
Disgusting, absolutely disgusting. I. Starting legal action with a money claim online. Letter before action will be sent today.

Warning to anyone using RCI and want to…
Warning to anyone using RCI and want to pre book onboard services via telephone. Please double check your Bank Account transaction. Booked a deluxe drinks with voom internet package agent quoted a price and I went ahead with the transaction, three days later I checked my Bank account and the agent had made a second transaction without my authorization. Contacted RCI to ask about transactions and told yes it was wrong that they would put the money back into my account and give me $100 onboard credit, I asked for it to be referred to a Manager I waited 10 days for this to happen, I got no apology and when you ask for a full explanation how this is being allowed their customer service team fob you off. I emailed 3 times and telephone 5 times before this and their response the money has been repaid and we have given you a credit what more do you want. My warning to anyone using this company is double check your bank transaction and contact your bank don't give RCI the privilege of disrespecting you.
RoyalUp grade program is a rip off..
We went on a very interesting cruise visiting lovely Spanish and Portuguese ports of call but an extremely busy and sometimes noisy ship. We were contacted by Royal Caribbean before sailing asking if we would like to participate in the RoyalUP upgrade program which we did. Our mistake, £400 paid for a stateroom one deck up from the one booked, exactly the same furnishings, fixtures and fittings and only very slightly larger. Very disappointing and certainly nowhere near worth £400. We contacted their Customer Services and received standard rigid and inflexible responses. I wasn't asking for a full refund just a gesture to loyal customers! Our advice - don't be tempted to upgrade, a complete rip off!!

Been on 3 cruises with them. All around the Med. Ok the prices are a little bit steep but worth it for what is essentially a 5 star hotel on water. Ports were awesome on all 3 occasions. The staff cannot be faulted. Amazing food, amazing shows, entertainment etc... Definitely will be going back.
Awful customer service !
Awful customer service it takes days sometimes weeks for a response and when they respond its from a generic script if you ask for more information or a call back its the same generic response truly awful.
Asked for a complaints team to look at my query and i was advised they don't have one, doesn't surprise me they would be too busy
