Scam scam beware this is ripoff company.mats are really bad quality cheap material creased they not fit in my x7 I been charged for 7seat mats received 5 seats. They asked me to send photos which I did the answer was they can’t refund . Totally waist of money. I will get my refund no matter what limit I have to go .

My mats arrived creased. They are ill fitting and the quality of the material isn’t the best and look nothing like the pictures. The passenger mats don’t fit at all. I wish I hadn’t wasted my money. Please avoid this company

Ordered Land Rover storage boxes and after long wait received Range Rover boxes rather than replace them I was offered a 15% discount. All I want is what I ordered. I wouldn’t use them again.

They are false advertising the colour beige is actually a tan colour.

It says 14 returns but when I tried to return the front mats they looked cheap , I got a load of replies saying they were custom made so no refund, I have aVW Tiguan there must be a million of them hardly custom made ,

I’ve had a horrible experience with this company. If any can help me get my money back I’d greatly appreciate it. I feel as if I was robbed. They don’t fit, by email they referred me to their website, for instructions that aren’t relevant for practical application, because it just doesn’t match up. Don’t make yourself a victim like me!

Sent wrong mats for my car trying to tell me they look fine from the photos I sent them .please don't buy you will be extremely disappointed total garbage

I’d give them zero stars if I cld and should have researched them before my purchase. Ordered a full set of matts and whilst the interior fitted the boot mat was completely wrong. It was rectangular when the dimensions are not. Despite numerous emails with photographic evidence they claim it is the correct mat.

For the price it also came poorly packaged, folded and creased.

This is a joke of a company and they are scammers. I would recommend not to buy form them and learn from the numerous reviews . You have been warned.

ordered made to measer mats for my vw Tiguan.

arrived after 2 months, came non compatible front mat.
after provided many video and pictures they refunded only £25 saying your back mats are fine .

westing time, I told them how I can keep 3 mats and take 1 out. refund for full or exchange, but not sorted. yet

I ordered the full set of seat covers and car mats for my car. They were late arriving And only the front seat covers arrived, no. rear seat covers.so I cannot get A. Refund, they are the wrong size for my car. They are a waste of money I. Spent nearly 400 pound which I can not get back and the product is a waste of time and money.

Mats arrived and they are terrible quality and do not fit my Audi TT and are nothing like the advert. This is a complete rip off and you will be bitterly disappointed so don't waste your time or money. Extremely cheap materials and finish and are far too big for the space they need to fit into and in fact they are dangerous with regards to the driver pedals getting caught by the material that gets caught when you are operating the car. If you go to their Facebook page you will discover that they have zero reviews which is very suspicious. I posted one and sent images of my creased over sized dangerous mats and it appears I have the only review. Let's see how long it stays up as I believe that they delete all reviews. To have zero reviews on Facebook is a massive red flag.

Very bad company didn't send goods out took money for a week had to get paypal to refund loads of people not getting there goods so avoid also now trying to sell car seat covers and going under other company names

Fake shipping info parcel not left China looked them up they in France ???
Asked for more tracking info from “William?”
said would take 20 days +\-
When i ordered questioned them but was reassured then was told they had no staff to make them as they were all off work would be an extra 10 days by email after ordering. The next day had a email they been shipped got tracking “item received in China??” No more tracking after that. 100% fake and a scam So buyers beware Good job i used paypal. Opened a dispute.

Floor mats were poorly packed and came creased. Contacted company and said do not worry the creases will come out.
The creases are in the rear polyester brittle sponge like material. It's damaged and the mats look terrible. You need another mat to cover them up.
As for the fit, they were too short on either side for my Mx5.

I had great expectations for these mats so much so, that I bought the seat base covers as well to match the mats.

The support I felt was inadequate and they just brushed off my concerns, and the return policy too long winded. ALL I WANTED WAS WHAT I PAID FOR. RIGHT 1ST TIME.
Save your money. The product was good on manufacture but folded and damaged by stuffing into a plastic bag and sent to you over 15 days,having travelled through 3 airports and clocked up more airlmiles than an average holiday.
Had they rolled the mats and looked after the mats may have helped the situation.
I cannot be the only person to get damaged goods ? Left with mats now that are not going in my car and severely out of pocket. SHAME ON YOU, Royal car

Ordered a set of Black Mats with white piping for my C4 Picasso. Royal Cars confirmed my order clearly stating it was for Black Mats with White Piping. When they arrived they had Beige piping. Have spent many hours getting their email address & have now sent them about 10 different communication asking how they will be resolving the problem of them sending me the wrong mats. So so Frustrating. The quality of the mats seem to be okay but can’t say the same for Customer Service which is a complete joke!!!!!

Ordered front mats for Mini Cooper S , no instructions came, tried to fit them, when I looked on the back , all it informed me was that it was for the drivers side no make or model ON BOTH MATS ,
Cannot find the actual site or company on the internet, can someone please send me a phone number so I can contact them

Ordered for my Golf R. Have received 3 sets so far that don’t even come close to fitting. The driver side mats are dangerous.
Please please don’t order from this company, the mats come from China and take months to arrive.
They refuse to refund your money even though the quality and fit of their product is so poor. They promised me a refund if the 3rd set of mats didn’t fit and now they are ignoring my contact.
They are a complete sham. Again please please don’t order from them. These were ordered for Father’s Day and it’s now November!

It is now December and although they have said they will refund me via email, still nothing.

Purchased for a Jaguar XF saloon. Absolutely perfect fit but needs a little patience to install. I found it best to first loosely fit, leave a day or two to settle then attend to the detail. If cold, a hairdryer to warm any awkward corners aids perfect fitting: well worth the effort. best affordable but a very high quality product (as befits a Jaguar). Highly recommend.
