Do not waste your money

Slow delivery supposedly from UK, it took 2 working weeks.
Took the glasses out one of the hinges didn't work properly and now will not close correctly.
They are good for reading but shocking for longer distance, everything is blurry.
The rating on insta shows 4.8/5 - fake!

VERY disappointing

VERY disappointing. The lenses are completely unsuitable — no reading clarity and no distance vision at all. The frames may look fine, but the product as a whole is not fit for purpose.
I also note that the website gives the impression of a UK‑based business, yet the return address is in China. This is misleading, and customers should not be expected to pay international return costs when the product does not match its description.
I have been instructed to return the glasses to China and have begun the process. I will now wait to see what explanation is offered regarding the refund. Given the circumstances, I expect a full and prompt reimbursement.

AVOID THIS COMPANY. Lovely glasses arrived that got me some great compliments but they are not well made. Lens fell out after a few days. Contacted and ask for refund or replacement and was told wasn’t manufacturing fault and I have worn them for some time so they wouldn’t do anything.
Very disappointing customer service and product. All glitter no substance
Update - 1st April - I have now received a full refund but this was clearly prompted by leaving a public bad review and not through the normal customer service process - it is a shame it needed that to get a reasonable result but very grateful to have my money back.

Was unable to edit previous review

Was unable to edit previous review. After 1 month reviewing my complaint they emailed offering a refund that I should receive in 3-5 days if i wouldlike to revist my trust pilot review. 3 weeks and nothing. Followed up with a reminder. They now have no record of my original complaint or agreed refund.
I will not write a dishonest review for a refund. Fraudulent or just incompetent. Either way dont waste your money.

Frames are nice but lenses are rubbish, no good for reading and no distance vision capability at all, total scam. I dont think they have a UK shop like the website shows or a UK business registration. If you want a refund you have to send them back to China at your own expense, good luck with that one. No replies from customer service email and no tel number

Glasses are no more than readers

Glasses are no more than readers, they do not do what they said in the advert. Despite it being a UK email address, they come direct from China and the only way you can get a refund is sending them back to China.

Please do not buy from here, receive my multi function glasses! They are not multifunction they are just cheap glasses one vision , they do not work I can’t read with them close vision and I cannot see distant with them ie clear picture of the tv, !
Iv contacted them because I purchased these because of the guarantee thinking if they didn’t work i could return, it’s not worth the paper it’s written on ! Please keep your money and avoid these
