Hello. Good morning. I book journey for family trip, great service, clean and new model car Mercedes V Class. Like very much. Polite and friendly driver. I recommend them.

We used this company first time and found out it’s very easy going very friendly to book and on arrival driver was tracking our flight and got a message from the driver that he is there to pick us up

Trust me it was really a wonderful experience with Royal Transfer. Perfect and on time. Friendly staff. I will use their service again and would recommend to others.

When I booked online, it took days of emails and messages to finally receive a confirmation and even then it wasn’t an official confirmation. When I submitted the request I provided details (passenger count, luggage, etc) and yet they still had to verify the facts twice. When you are on vacation those details are annoying and disruptive. The first driver was good, he was friendly and drove well, Farhun. The second driver, we were never told his name, he was dismissive when Intried verifying he was the correct person, had duct tape in several spots throughout the vehicle (I felt like I was in my first car again), and the worst was that he kept going over the rumble barriers. We had at least five incidents where he veered too far over. He also did this several times in the middle lane and other cars were honking. It was not the safest feeling to be in his vehicle.

While the price was great, safety is a bigger priority and I will not use them again.

Where to start my wife phoned them to tell them my mother in laws flight is delayed to a reponse of we are aware we are tracking the flight , they sent the driver up for the old time not the to which we were told we have to pay 30 pound or the driver will leave her at the airport paid the money felt like a hostage situation, then trying to contact the company on the phone to speak to someone who can do something is non existent just get told no is available to speak to send what’s app so have sent multiple messages no response hence now leaving a review as this company don’t seem to care about customer care avoid find a decent company that are rude

They were very responsive through their WhatsApp chat and ensured to understand all our requirements in terms of luggage and stroller space.
The driver was great, communicated promptly and monitored our flight and luggage arrival to be ready for us. Will use again.

Highly Recommended! Had best experience with Royal Tranfers, the ride was extremely comfortbale and team was very active and supportive in booking rides.
