My experience with this company has been disappointing, particularly in terms of professionalism, communication and clarity.

Although there was some improvement with shared documents and performance reviews, The lack of clarity and poor communication made it difficult for me to feel confident in the direction things were heading.

I also became increasingly uncomfortable with aspects of the professional boundaries surrounding my dealings with the owner, including interactions outside normal work conversations. Since the working relationship ended, I have also found the continued attention to my social-media activity concerning and intrusive.

Ultimately, I felt it was the right decision to part ways and reassess the direction I wanted to take my business.

I would expect anyone representing a company to maintain a consistently professional approach and appropriate boundaries. Based on my experience, I would have reservations about recommending this company.

I hired Rozee digital expecting expertise, strategy, and human insight ….. Instead, most of the work appeared to be generated by AI tools with little evidence of original thinking, customization, or strategic input.

My concern isn't that they use Ai as many businesses do. The issue is that I was paying for professional marketing expertise and guidance, yet much of what I received felt like something I could have generated myself using free or inexpensive AI tools.

If a company is charging premium rates, I expect meaningful analysis, creative direction, and hands-on expertise that goes beyond what automated tools can produce. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

I've been a loyal client of Tom and his team for approximately 3 years now. They have been in charge of overseeing all of our paid social media marketing initiatives and Google Ads campaigns. Their communication has always been prompt and effective throughout our partnership. I've had outstanding results over the years, so I won't be looking for help elsewhere.
