Poor product. No response from Rozi.
I bought a set of 3 saucepans for £134. They are supposedly stainless steel with “gold” handles. They are sold as dishwasher safe. After 3 washes the gold paint was completely gone from the handles. After I used a metal spoon to stir the contents, the pans were horribly scratched. Clearly there is just enough steel in the pan to make it work on an induction hob, but it must be mixed with something a lot softer.
I emailed their support team with pictures of the scratches and handles. No response. Not even an acknowledgement. I won’t be using this company again.

Disappointing

Disappointing! Looks good in the photos; but cheaply made and only accommodates smaller diameter rolls of paper towels. Waste of money and no use to me.

Not happy with the delivery

Not happy with the delivery, I ordered my items 6 days ago and they said it would be 2-3 working days and I still haven’t received my items after 5 working days. Very disappointed

Fabulous product.

I'm absolutely delighted with my new saucepans, they are very easy to keep clean and look great, my daughter is quite jealous! The website was easy to use and I received my new pans within a few days despite having to wait for new stock to arrive. Thank you

I paid for next day delivery on the 21st and my order wasn’t delivered until on the 27th. It was someone’s birthday present for the 23rd. So you can imagine what this caused. I am yet to get back a reimbursement of the next day delivery fee. I am more than appalled by your service. And I had to write several emails to even start getting a response. Would definitely not be a returning customer as I wouldn’t want to go through this again.

We’re very sorry to hear about your disappointment and completely understand how frustrating it must have been for your delivery to arrive later than expected, especially as it was a birthday gift.

As you know, your order was dispatched promptly on 22nd October, the morning after it was placed on the evening of the 21st. Unfortunately, the delay occurred within the courier network, which was beyond our control. As soon as we became aware that the parcel hadn’t arrived the next day, we immediately refunded the express delivery fee as an apology and contacted the courier to expedite delivery. You should see the express delivery fee reflected in your account as soon as your bank processes it.

Your order was successfully delivered to your neighbour on 27th October, as requested.

We work with DX, which normally has an excellent next-day delivery success rate, but unfortunately, they did not meet that standard on this occasion. We have been in touch with you throughout the process and kept you informed every step of the way.

We’re genuinely sorry that the courier delay prevented us from meeting your expectations and truly appreciate your understanding.

Cookware is better then I…

Cookware is better then I expected.really good quality and worth every penny.
Just one down point and that has nothing to do with cookware, I ordered pots with gold handles but I recieved the set with silver handles. Didn't want to return as its a house warming gift and they needed it straight away.
Other than that 10/10
