Scammers. They said to me that there is a mark on the phone therefore the phone was re valued. When I was sending the phone to them all they asked is if the phone is working and if the screen is in full working order. There was no questions regarding minor marks on the covers etc. Shockingly bad service. Will never use this company again.

Superb. The free post returns pack arrived the next day. Got email updates for every step of the way. Paid the full promised amount. Fantastic service, highly recommended

All really straight forward and given all the information I needed. I didn’t receive payment so had to chase this up, was told a transaction error occurred but this was rectified quickly and I received full payment. Would use again!

Not same day payment. With held my payment for 5 days after sending me my phone was in full EXCELLENT working condition. Won’t use these again

Offer price reduced from £200 to £140 due to very minor marks- phone was NOT meant to be brand new so some cosmetic marks are expected. Felt pressured to accept as they already had my phone.

Sent phone and received a reduced offer of 50% less than original offer which was disappointing to say the least. Having then accepted the offer and being promised payment within 1-2 working days I’m still waiting for payment and it’s more than 2 working days.

Offer best price for device and then once received offer a much lower price and state that the phone is damaged, even though I took a photo of my phone before dispatch as I was aware of the previous bad feedback, wish I had listened now. Definitely avoid!

Complete and utter joke of a company have to keep ring up to find out what has happened to my money they do not pay out promptly I suggest to take your custom elsewhere.

Easy to use, great service would definitely use again.

This company was fantastic I used a few over the years but this gave a very rare price ( stuck to it) and received payment next day!

I had read various different reviews online of this company before using them but as they had quoted me the best price, I decided to go ahead with them. I sent my phone off and it was received the following day. It says on their website that once received, the handset will be assessed within 48 hours and payment will then be made. It took more than 72 hours for my handset to be assessed and then when it finally was, they quoted me a new amount - £40 lower than I was previously quoted due to a scratch on the screen. For the sake of £40, I accepted the new offer as I paid £9 postage to send the phone guaranteed delivery on Royal Mail and knew if I sent it to a different recycling company, I’d be paying the same postage and I might not get as good a quote as RPC.
It again says on their website, that once quotes have been accepted, payment will be made into your account but it can take up to two working days to show on your statement. I waited over a week for my payment. I rang RPC everyday at least twice to chace up the payment and was passed from pillar to post with no real explanation as to why I hadn’t received the money owed to me. Eventually, I was told that the payment system they use normally transfer the money automatically into customers accounts but for some reason, the system wouldn’t allow money into my account on two sepeterate occasions even after they reset the system. The money was transferred into my account only after I kicked up a fuss with them and a manager authorised the payment.
Staff on the phone not very helpful and not apologetic even though it was their mistake that caused this.
I’d recommend using another company to sell your old gadgets as RPC may quote the best price, however that price soon lowers if there is any marks on the handset. Then, if you want your money, be prepared to wait a week for it compared to the two working days quoted on their website.

Sent a perfectly working phone to this crowd. When looking at offer price was 70 quid. Sent it off.....received an altered offer of just 14 quid. Have asked if be returned so that I may sell for a fair price. Rip off company ...avoid!!

They received the device on 11.01.19. On 23.01.19 I finally received an offer which was over £50 less than the initial offer, they said they had photographic evidence well so did I as I took pics before I sent it! The next day they increased the offer so it was only £30 less than the original offer which I accepted. It then took from 24.01.19 to 31.01.19 to finally receive the payment. When I called to chase they said they were inundated with orders. In this time a friend had sent their device elsewhere and got paid within 2 days! This whole process took 2 weeks, not acceptable so I won’t be using them again and would not recommend them to anyone!

Excellent service. Constantly updated throughout service and cheque received through the post swiftly. All sorted within 1 week

Had to make 3 phone calls has nothing seemed to be happening after 1 email telling me they had received my device.All in all took nearly a month to receive my payment they said that my device had somehow been tested & approved but then been left aside although gentlemen on phone did call me back when he said he would has I did start to think it was all a scam .Got my payment eventually but took way too long wouldn’t sell to them again.

I chose RPC because the Trustpilot ratings looked ok and their offer for my phone was good compared to some others. My phone was in excellent condition but they told me that the screen had scratches and the back of the phone was pitted and so they reduced the offer by £57. I accepted because I couldn’t be bothered with the hassle of waiting for the return etc. They were also slow to make payment until I chased. All in, next time I will use Mazuma - they pay what they offer as my partner can testify to.
