I paid money to contact a lady whose profile said she lived in Adelaide. When I looked at her profile the next day her location had changed to an interstate location. I contacted Tony at rsvp this is his reply
Unfortunately, RSVP products cannot be refunded or transferred to another account once the processing has been completed. In accordance with the ACCC guidelines, a refund is only applicable if the actual product or service you purchased is in any way faulty or does not perform the service you were led to understand or expect when the purchase was made.
There is no fault with the product you purchased and it still operates in the manner in which it was expected to at the time of purchase as a result, we are sorry that we are not able to provide you with a refund for this

When registering as a member of an RSVP Site, you must provide us with accurate, complete and up-to-date information as requested. It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to that information. You may do this at any time by accessing your Account page on the relevant RSVP Site
I replied to Tony that the profile had been misrepresented to me and under more detailed ACCC guidelines. I told him it doesn’t pass the pub test.
To date I have not received a reply
