Great company to work with. My Longines watch had condensation and they fixed, serviced and refurbished it and it’s as good as new. Cost was half what I had been quoted elsewhere and they returned the watch in just 4 weeks (very quick considering new parts were needed). Online portal works well and keeps you regularly updated on progress and payment is straightforward. Nice people too.

Took an old Omega to be fixed. Gives great time but unfortynatley the date isn't working. Spole to Lee who explained it would need to go back to Omega inview of its age and could be away for 6 months. Excellent Service provided by RS Watch Repairs as always a special thanks to Lee and Ricardo. Expert advice and guidance throughout the process. I had an Omega Seamaster repaired and serviced. Initially I thought the repair was under guarantee with Omega as the watch is under 5 years old so I took it back to Omega. Omega said it needed a new clasp, which was £250 just by itself! The RS Watch Repairs team repaired the clasp to perfect working/brand new condition and saved that unnecessary expense. This is a example of the extra effort they put in to achieve the best outcome and deliver excellent value for money. Also all the repairs came back with a new 2 year guarantee and presented in very useful travel case. If you need a luxury watch repairing or servicing, look no further, these are the best people to use. 5 star service!

Excellent service, my Omega was returned with its new battery in perfect condition, I was kept up to date with progress throughout and the turnaround time was very reasonable . This is my second time using RS and I will continue to use them.

I sent them my Omega Seamaster 300M that had stopped working and was naturally showing signs of wear and tear after 18 years. I was quoted £550 for a full service and polish including a replacement bezel, all new stainless strap pins, main spring and a water resistant kit. Initially I was quoted about 10 weeks but I got the watch back in about 4 weeks. The online portal they provide is great and gives regular updates throughout the process. Couldn't be happier the watch and strap has had all the scratches professionally polished out and honestly it looks like it's brand new. Don't hesitate you won't be disappointed.

I was on holiday when I noticed my Rado watch face was chipped. I googled which firms repaired Rado watches in the northwest of England. My watch is almost 30 years old but in very good condition. I looked at new Rado watches but preferred my old one.
I emailed RS Watch Repairs and got a quick response and then I used WhatsApp with photos of my watch.Within a day I got a quote and on my return I sent off my watch.
Sending off the watch was straightforward and the insurance of £15000 reassuring. I dealt with Lee and we spoke on the phone and by email. It was very professional, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
I am very pleased to have my cherished watch back in first class condition.
