In renovating one of my properties, I had been to this showroom several times while designing my space and had a few items quoted.
My first order was a bathroom vanity which upon pickup the staff had informed me the door was not installed in the direction I requested. I had indicated my contractor needed it and agreed to take it as is and would advise if I had any issues/wanted the door changed. I backed my car into the warehouse and two friendly gentleman loaded it in my car. As my contractor did the installing, once I saw it completed I noticed that I wasn't even provided the vanity I initially paid for and contacted RTI at which point they noted they would offer a refund for the difference.
One of the other items I was looking into/quoted were two glass panel cupboard doors. Although disappointed in the first order mishap, I was willing to try again and use the credit towards my custom cupboard doors. Although communicating by email, I felt it was best to attend in person to ensure accuracy.
Upon arrival, Simran, offered to help. Regardless of an off putting demeanor, I recapped the situation with the vanity and that I was looking to apply the credit to be issued towards my custom cupboard order I wanted to place and that I had brought the two cupboards with me to ensure its correct. Not one apology was issued by Simran for the inconvenience or even acknowledgement of concern for the situation. Instead I was met with instant defensiveness that I should have checked it when I picked it up. Her attitude and approach was without care and as if I was bothering her.
When I mentioned I brought the cupboards with me, she immediately shut me down that they do not measure. I said okay, do you have a measuring tape we can check it, and she proceeded to shut me down and tell me they don't help with measurements. What an appalling response or attitude to a customer even after RTI's mistake. All in all, I decided I would take my business else where. I directed her to issue my refund and to write the name, number and/or email of her Manager.
BEWARE: They will not help you with this in person, no matter how small the cupboards are or even if you have measurements and just want a second eye.
She processes the refund and proceeds to write her name on a business card. I again, advise I would like the name of her Manager to which she tells me she cannot. At this point my frustration heightens as how is it possible that a business cannot provide anywhere to submit complaints. After much repetitiveness, she wrote a name of Ricky on a business card. As I go to confirm with Jasleen who the Manager really is, they look at each other as though to corroborate each others thoughts, to which a gentleman walks up to me asking how he can help. I ask what his name is and he indicates Ricky. Where did Ricky suddenly appear if Simran told me the Manager Ricky is not there or available? At this point, one could understand my distrust in anything going on. Much back and forth occurred where NO ONE would provide Simrans direct manager.
Not long after, the owner (so I'm told) enters and I explained the situation again. I can only hope he will discuss these issues brought forward with his team and especially Simran but I'll never know.
Its completely unacceptable to have such a business where not the simplest of help could have been offered ESPECIALLY the company made an error with my initial order. Where is the ownership of the mistake? I wasn't asking for a discount or fighting for anything other then to obtain some assistance with my next order. The least one would do is try to help me physically in person.
Also note, if you require a refund, you will NOT get a receipt/confirmation of refund on the spot. You just have to trust you'll get it at some point.
If you wish for great customer service, please try Gracious Flooring & Building Supplies - Brampton, 15 min from RTI. They've been so helpful throughout my renovation process!

Ricky and the staff at RTI cabinets were very helpful from start to finish. My wife and I were extremely happy with the service and the product we received especially the price.

Just Meh
Website indicates 4-5 weeks for construction and a week delivery within Ontario but plan for closer to 10+ weeks. Ordered my cabinets on 14 Aug and finally got them this week. No info from customer service not even a sorry. I prompted them the week that I was supposed to receive the cabinets and simply got a response indicating that my cabinets were expected sometime in Mid Oct. the quality is neutral, not great not terrible, something like the build it yourself cabinets from Home Depot.

ordered a custom pantry using Benjamin moore color i wasn't sure they could match but it was a 100 percent match to my existing cabinetry, order was delivered right on time with no delays or damages
Absolutely appalling experience with…
Absolutely appalling experience with RTI! We paid $1,450 + tax for 2-week express delivery by August 22nd, but the order wasn't ready, and we had to cancel a U-Haul truck at our own expense. We made two unnecessary trips to the warehouse due to RTI's disorganization.
Despite promises of free delivery by August 29th, the order was incomplete. Part of it arrived on August 30th, but 5 glass doors were missing and later arrived damaged. The garbage bin insert was never delivered.
RTI's lack of reliability and communication has thrown our project off schedule. Save your money and avoid RTI – their incompetence is staggering.
Update: Photos of the "repaired" doors, which arrived on Sep 23, speak for themselves. This business needs serious reform or closure.

I am writing this review as a warning to potential customers: steer clear of RTI Cabinets in Brampton, Ontario, Canada. My experience was nothing short of disastrous.
The materials used were subpar, and the workmanship was atrocious. Imprecise cuts, ugly paintwork, and a general lack of attention to detail made the final product unusable.
Communication was non-existent. No customer service, no response to calls or messages.
The worst part? They demand full payment upfront, leaving customers helpless. A small order of 3 cabinets took 3 months, incomplete, and the final result was disappointing.
In my opinion, RTI Cabinets prioritizes greed over quality and customer satisfaction. Don't waste your money, time, and reputation on this avoidable disaster.
UPDATE: If you're looking for a reliable alternative, consider researching other cabinet makers in the Brampton area with better reviews and a reputation for quality craftsmanship.

The quality of the cabinets is in line with the price point. The selection in the showroom was decent, and the staff was professional. There were some delays with a couple of pieces, but RTI resolved the issue in a reasonable time.

I first heard of RTI Cabinets earlier this year and was not sure if they were the right fit as the delivery time lines were a bit too long for me. I looked around the market for almost 2 months with the similar quality and the prices were much higher. I decided to give RTI a try and honestly I am glad I did. They worked on providing me the cabinets within a decent timeline and im more than happy with the quality. Value for Money! Will definitely recomend them if you don't mind the wait!
