I won a withdrawal of 1400$ ruby fortune casino never did give me what I was owed it's a fraud I don't recommend this site stay away I will be taking legal action as I have saved emails from them

So it's been quite awhile since made a complaint to their complaint department. I made it on February 26th and still have no Resolution. I think l just might have to File this under the loss File..lesson learned. I have been compliant in everything that they have asked and wanted to see. I have sent In copy of receipts multiple times. They still seem to not match up where the uncredited deposits. I have closed my account . I have Email conversations and live chat Screenshots verifying the information of uncredited deposits but Still.they do not seem to.want to do their job. The Casino itself keeps dragging their heels in the hopes that l will go away. It's not a big fortune but it's the principal of the thing. I guess l am a small fish in big pond business.Please don't play with this Casino..they are Plenty of others who will love to have your repeating business.

It's was good running smoothly

This is by far my favorite site. Ya the withdrawal process is longer than other sites but I've always gotten any money I've won. I liked it better before it was regulated in Ontario as winnings were waaay higher and more frequent. I did stop using the deposit bonus as I don't like the playthrough amounts but overall a great site!

I made a deposit via Google pay and money was taken from my bank account but not credited to my Casino account. After going through the time and stress of trying to talk to a human. The human was incredibly unhelpful and after an hour of getting nowhere with the incompetent agent, my deposit has still not been credited to my account. I have screenshots of the entire conversation with incompetent agent, as well as screenshots of my deposit from bank statement. Absolutely terrible.

Stay away from this casino. I put in $1100 this weekend with $0 return. I just kept thinking eventually it has to pay right!? Wrong. It just ate my money, and they say it's random but a message will pop up and ask if you want to deposit more before your money is even gone. It's rigged. It's terrible and I wish I had all that money back. I will NEVER play this casino again

Suddenly my account was closed, no warning, no information, just closed. Try to login and says info is wrong, finally able to reach customer support and they said my account was closed for safety and security reasons but did not specify. After countless deposits and never winning or being able to cash out.

I was in middle of a game when I was kicked out. I tried to log back in but my password no longer worked. I request a link to reset password about 30 times now, but not once would I recieved that email. Then today I noticed I had recieved 2 messages from there staff. One stating that I'm a premium tiered player and the other stating my 750$ is now in my account and can be used. I had quite a few tickets for the draws and it sounds like I had won on one of them and believe now that is why I was kicked and blocked. Sites like these should not be in business and there licensing companies should be looked into as well. So frustrating everyone just wants to steal and scam. Hope this doesn't happen to you, there are better sites out there and you'd be smart to find one of them instead of this one

I used to think this Site was Excellent it was the first site I made successful Withdrawals from! So it was my go to. But then Came a time where I had withdrawn expecting the process to be like Everyother successful withdraw I'd done previously. But no it was not they asked me for for proof of my withdrawal method which was to my bank account. No problem sent that Asked me for I.d no problem sent that proof of address Sent that . But after sending all the information they'd asked for I waited and waited and waited and as time went on I had Zero response from them. So I emailed them multiple times asking what the process hold up was they said my withdrawal was with there processing team and that they'd email me once the funds had been released 😑 !! Safe to say I never received my funds never Received a email response back from them after that!! It's now been monnnnntths since I last heard from them I've Emailed them so many times it's not funny and still they don't reply it's only $900 dollars my previous withdrawal I did receive from them was 3k which is why I assumed there'd be no issues my account is verified they'd received all relevant documentation they'd asked of me they solely choose to just give me no response!! Disappointing Ruby Fortune!!

They took my out of my account with out me playing it . Also I had a 80dollar withdrawal pending and it went down to 30 while I was asleep ! Don’t trust this site at all !
