Their 14 year old employee who had access to root on their servers deleted all their client data and they had no backups. I have had issues with their CEO Xander being extremely unprofessional in my DM's as well as in general with people seen!!! Amazing hosting company, the hardware is really good, the performance is blazing fast and the stability has been really good.

Support answers really fast and works with you to resolve the issues, I have no complaints about the support at all.

I recommend this hosting company to everyone, the prices are extremely competitive maybe even the best in the market right now.

Hi im EnderMythex, I’ve been using this hosting service for my Minecraft server for a few days now, and here’s my feedback:

What I liked:
- When I first purchased a server with 4 GB of RAM, everything worked perfectly. Later, my friend and I decided to upgrade to 8 GB for better performance, and the transition went smoothly.

- The server’s performance was excellent, with great stability. Additionally, the price is very competitive: €5 for 8 GB is quite affordable.

- The support team was initially very responsive: my friend opened a ticket, and they replied almost instantly.

What needs improvement:
- A major security issue affected not only my server but also their entire site and all client servers. This breach resulted in a widespread hack that rendered my server unusable and caused the total loss of my data.

- Regarding support, after their quick initial response to my friend’s ticket, they stopped replying, which was frustrating. However, when I opened a ticket myself to inquire about the incident and my data, the owner responded promptly and professionally, which I appreciated.

Overall Rating:

I want to thank the team, especially the owner, for their responsiveness and transparency during this incident. However, significant improvements in security are absolutely necessary. If I hadn’t lost my data and everything had gone smoothly, I would have gladly given 5 stars.

Hello It's the real Ron3334.
First I Used bisect hosting It was good at first, but when I switched to rubyhost I noticed that's I could get 8 GB For the same price as 4 GB on bisect And because of that, it wouldn't say that my server was overloading.
Also I got more Storage as well, like 80 gb. The service was a lot better Like all I had to do was text in their discord
And they responded so fast.

i buyed ruby host minecraft server and they dm me saying 10% discount if i rate 5stars on trustpilot. i think its bad business practice but server is good

Very W staff, also works really well. 10/10 Definitely would recommend for those who want something that works.
