Not for cold weather!
I live upstate in NY, and the average winter temperature in January and February is 25°F. These gloves do not handle this weather, even though they are advertised as fully capable of doing so. I'm trying to return them, but can't get customer service to answer the phone! Very disappointing!

The gloves are OK. But not completely as advertised;
They were advertised as warm, But when the weather outside was around 30 degrees, my fingers were freezing and became numb.

Beware, do not do business here..
I would love to give a review of what I ordered but I never received it.
The order got delivered to the wrong address and the horrible customer service at this business refuse to do anything about it. Do not do business here, as I will warn everybody.

So I contacted customer service as requested and all they offered me was a replacement order at a 30% discount, again horrible customer service, do not do business here.

Happy with the gloves, not shipping $
I received these gloves way quicker than I expected. I have large hands so I ordered extra large instead of double extra large. And I'm glad I did. They were snug to begin with, but seemed to fit my hands better as I wore them. I love the fact that I don't have to take the gloves off to work with my cell phone.
Would I stick my hands in a 1300° flame? No way. But unlike other reviews, I felt that they kept my hands fairly warm in the lower temperatures outside. They are comfortable. Considering purchasing a second pair. The only reason that they did not get five stars is because I had to order them to find out what shipping cost would be and a $60 pair of gloves was not in my budget. I'm glad that I ordered them and hope that sometime I can get a more reasonable cost and a shipping cost to get a new pair.

My Ruck & Rekon gloves arrived on time. My hand size is somewhere between large and extra large. Typically, extra large is too big, and large can be too tight. I took a chance and ordered the large. They fit perfectly. The stitching is well done. Rugged. They look and feel great. I am happy with my purchase.

Not as advertised
The gloves arent terrible, they fit well but certainly are not what was advertised on the ad I clicked to buy. NOT KEVLAR, not real leather and certainly not heat resistant to 1300 °. Im a plumber and bought these to wear while brazing pipe, and have burned at least 3 holes in the gloves in less than a week.

protective but not very warm
These gloves can come in very handy when I am working on ATM Machines. They can protect my hands from getting injured. That is the good part. Now for the really bad part. The gloves leave a lot to be desired when the weather gets cold. So it is like these gloves are no protection from the cold but they will protect the hands from almost anything else.

The gloves were advertised to be cut.Resistant from glass and other sharp objects.A simple pair of children's scissors was able to penetrate with only light pressure causing a stab wound to my hand

I have not challenged the gloves for durability so I cannot comment in that. I used the sizing guide to choose my size. The gloves came a bit small - workable but tight. I suggest getting a size larger than what the guide recommends.
