I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Marcus from RuffleButts' customer service, and I must say, he went above and beyond to assist me. From the moment I reached out regarding my lost package, Marcus was professional, patient, and extremely helpful. He listened carefully to my concerns, provided clear and detailed answers, and ensured that all of my questions were answered to my satisfaction. His friendly demeanor and willingness to help made the entire experience a breeze. It's rare to come across such attentive and dedicated customer service team members, and Marcus truly exemplifies the high standards that RuffleButts sets for its team. I’m beyond impressed and grateful for his support!

Ordered something for a baby shower. Paid for priority shipping, and even though they say they "strive" to ship all orders placed before 2pm on the same day, my order placed at 10am hasn't shipped after 48hrs. When I requested to cancel the order that had not even shipped yet, I was told I only had 30 minutes after placing the order to make any changes! And no this wasn't a customized order... So to reiterate: you have 30 minutes to cancel, but they can take over 48hrs to even ship it. WILL NOT BE BUYING FROM THEM EVER AGAIN

Customer service IS amazing! (Marcus) The person I called, I literally had to put on hold for at least 10 minutes because I got a very important phone call. When I switched back over, Marcus waited the whole time for me! I was so grateful because I called towards the end of business day when I knew the company was about to close. He was so helpful and so kind. I needed that kindness at that very moment! Rufflebutts is one of my favorite children boutiques! And the customer service is such an added bonus!

This customer service team is TOP NOTCH!!! I had a package supposedly delivered in my mailbox, however it never actually got delivered. I called and spoke with Marcus to see if I could just reorder everything from my previous order. I was worried the sizes would be out of stock. BUT he was able to reorder everything g I had previously ordered AND had it shipped out to me ASAP free of charge, no questions asked! He was so super sweet and very helpful! I will definitely be a return customer based on their customer service alone, but also because they have the cutest things!

I ordered the wrong item and emailed customer service at 10pm and Ms. Summer emailed the next morning at 8am with my order fixed! I am so thankful for this!!

Love seeing all the new designs that come out over the different seasons! Customer service is always amazing too! 😄

Truly the best customer service! Allyssa was so sweet and understanding with helping me with a recent purchase. She made the experience much better than I expected. Thank you again and I will be back to order more goodies for my daughter.

Quality and service. The clothes and swimwear I have purchased and my daughter and daughter-in-law have purchased in the last few years are great quality, economical prices whether regular or sales, and quick service. In all this time I had 1 slip up and it was really a technology glitch. They quickly told me how to fix the problem.

Love the quality of their bathing suits! Also love their customer service staff that was so helpful when the USPS misdelivered my order and deemed it unretrievable. In stepped RuffleButts to get a replacement order out to me within a day.

Marcus is literally the BEST customer service representative I have ever spoken to. So polite and so kind. Willingly to help you with such happiness in his voice. He is definitely the reason why I would purchase from this company again.

I was truly blown away by the customer service I received! Marcus was a joy to speak with (which is rare in the CS industry!) and was incredibly helpful with my predicament. Wonderful company! I had a delivery problem with my order and "chatted" online with Summer. She was fantastic and totally solved the problem. It is great to know that their customer service is as good as their adorable kids' clothes!

Every Easter, I buy my family bathing suits for the upcoming season. I started purchasing from Ruffle/Rugged Butts a few years ago. Their suits are such good quality, they last all season against the roughness of salt water, chlorine, and toddlers! I’ve only ever called customer service once and Marcus was perfect. I wish I could steal him away to provide customer service training to the world!

I always purchase from RuffleButts and not only do they have the cutest clothes. They also have the BEST customer service I am always so impressed when I call in with an issue. They are attentive and always so kind. Customer support is so important for a company. Thank you rufflebutts

I ordered two bathing suits- girls size 5 and boys size 8. They arrived today and I am so impressed with the quality and the design. I was initially concerned about the length of time to ship to Canada but they arrived in 2 weeks without any issues. The customer service team provided outstanding support and communication throughout the process. Will definitely order from Ruffle Butts again !!!

I was so very happy with my customer service from Marcus today. I had an incomplete order due to my own error and was frustrated that could not correct it myslef. Marcus was a pleasure to work with and never let on that he was anything but happy to assist. My order is complete and am so excited to give special gift to my "new" great neice coming in June 2024.
