Think this is a scan website, ordered 2 rugby shirts which were never delivered. Credit card payment comes through as PAIOLIAVNNY and their support email address bounces so very dodgy, transaction charged back but don't buy from them.

2 fake shirts out of 4 arrived. No customer service. Be aware Paypal will only look to refund if you report to the "sherrifs". In the UK, we don't have sherrifs.

THESE ARE NOT REAL SHIRTS AND MAY NOT EVEN ARRIVE. Negative stars if possible to give.

In response to 2 month late response from rugby rush and to take the same tone. I asked a 2 year old to look at it.

So thin material and poorly printed on with overlaps... on the 2 out of 4 received. Still waiting on the other 2 as I need cloths to clean the car. YOU CONTINUE TO ADVERTISE THEM AS GENUINE.

I repeat. Liars and thieves. I'll add the words incompetent and ignorant.

You got my money for nothing this time. If I can keep one person from being conned it's worth me reviewing.

This is my third time shopping at this store! This time I bought new season jerseys for the whole family. The sizes are accurate, and the workmanship is excellent as always. It has become our trusted exclusive jersey store!

As with other reviewers, ordered a shirt, have emailed 3 times and also sent messages through their contact page and have heard nothing back. Luckily I used a credit card so will be going through that channel to get my money back and they will not receive any money. Scammers.

I ordered my team's rugby shirt on 19th October with a promise of 5-day delivery. still waiting and its 26th November. i have emailed their customer service twice with no reply. my advice to anyone tempted to order from this company to steer well clear. I have to accept i won't see that £30 spent again

No correspondence with rugbyrushs available as the address for their support department on the order email is not valid and it bounces back.
I wish I had checked the review websites before I ordered, but there is a generally very poor view of the company held by many customers.
Luckily I ordered on credit card and have requested a chargeback.
I would not use this company or recommend it to anyone in the future.

Have received the shirts today, which was a pleasant surprise. Quality is good, so will adjust rating to 3 ⭐, not higher because customer service is so poor.

Ordered from here bout a month ago placed order paid says order completed on website and have not received anything or cannot get a reply from them

It took 5 weeks for my shirt to arrive and it is a fake.
Have requested a refund but looks like I would have to pay to send it back to the US which will probably cost more than the shirt itself.
Avoid at all costs.

Sizes are incorrect. Impossible to return. Do not offer refunds. Do not trust.

Order took weeks to arrive, then item was far too small by a long way. I ordered a L size expecting a size 14 and it was nearer a size 8/10. Communication was non-existent from them and all emails bounced back as undeliverable. No telephone number anywhere on website. Am now waiting for them to respond to my returns query via their website link.

Order not received, email address invalid! Total scam 🤬

NO REPLY TO EMAILS , GOODS TOOK 7 WEEKS TO ARRIVE . EXTREMELY HARD TO COMMUNICATE WITH .

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Despite the lure of cheap sports tops, don’t do it. Took months to arrive and then sent wrong items! Responses either do not come or take weeks! It’s a poorly run company selling knock off sports tops! Not worth it, better ones out there!!

Would be zero if allowed a bunch of con-artists that take your money and deliver nothing DO NOT buy from them

I registered as a customer to check the progress of my order. There is no record but they've taken the money from my account. Emails to their support address just bounce back. This has all the hallmarks of a scam.

Scam artists. Ordered a Lions top four weeks ago. Recieved an email saying their warehouse is busy, shipping is slow and that I will receive my item. Given some of the reviews here I'm not holding my breath. Emailed them recently, no reply.

What I can't figure out is that if you put a foot wrong in a post on Facebook they take action against you yet they allow scammers operate with impunity.

Do not buy anything from this company. I would give a 0 if I could. Ordered & paid for item, a month later still hadn't arrived or dispatched. After a number of emails, I finally got a reply to say the wearhouse is very busy but couldn't say when item would be dispatched. Still 6 weeks later item still not dispatched & I've asked for a refund but no reply to this email.

Scam artists. How do FB allow this?

Very poor service. Ordered two replica Lions training tops. Nothing has arrived. Been three weeks now. Emails keep bouncing back. Facebook enables these traders, I guess Zuckerberg is raking in billions from their fees.
Paid using PayPal. Attempted to open a dispute. PayPal inform me that it cannot open a case with this company.
Tried my bank, no joy. The pitfalls of ordering from advertisers on Facebook, eh?
