Excellent customer after care.

I bought a touratech headlight protector in the summer but did not fit it immediately, instead leaving it on the garage shelf while sourcing several other bolt ons for the bike. The plan was to do all of the fitting work in one sitting, at a later opportunity.

Nearly 2 months later, with various parts finally in hand I started the fitting, only to find that the headlight protector perspex had stress cracks which were only visible when peeling back the protective transport film.

Even though initial purchase had been months ago, the staff at Rugged Roads were fantastic when informed and organised an exchange in a matter of days. Top notch customer care and very much appreciated.

My first encounter purchasing from 'RuggedRoads' and I have nothing but praise for the FAST EFFICIENT SERVICE and also the deal that I received from them. I placed my order on Sunday 13th Apr, they picked up the order first thing Monday morning 14th and had it picked, packed & into the Post within hours, and I received it Tuesday morning 15th April.
