Excellent quality! After buying one cotton loop rug for the living room, I bought more. All of the them were either all cotton or all wool; totaling 11 rugs (some were from 3rd party vendors).I prefer not to have synthetics like polyester due to outgassing. Rugs Direct lists the composition for each rug on the website. These rugs are absolutely beautiful!!!
They all arrived quickly, under the estimated shipping time. It's so satisfying when a company has veracity and is dependable.

I did not like the rug I purchased. Delivery was pretty quick but I had to pay to return and the return instructions were not as straight forward as other stores.
Edit: I appreciate the quick response from rugs direct, it’s very appreciated. I also apologize because the instructions to return weren’t too difficult, I’ve just experienced easier returns with other stores. The main difficulty I encountered with the return was to click on a link that I could not see in the email due to text color.

Description of the Keaton KEA01 rug colors is not correct. Described as rust and green. There is not one bit of green in the rug. It is a mocha brown and rust. I am disappointed in the colors. The rug is nice but not what I expected.
