I have 3 rugs (Terrain Flatweave, Mendocino Wool & Jute + Gaia Loop Weave Jute) and 2 cushions from Rugs For Good and could not be happier with them all!

They've been in the house for 2 months now and still look as good as they did when I received them. I particularly love how easy to clean our Terrain Flatweave Wool Rug has been. With having young kids and pets in the house it's already seen it's fair share of spills which have easily cleaned off.

The quality of all of my new pieces are amazing and i've had so many compliments on them. Super happy to support such a great and ethical company :)

I recently received my Kiva in Ivory and Chestnut from Rugs for Good and I'm obsessed. My lounge room feels so elevated now and the quality is next to none. Totally worthwhile purchase - will 100% purchase from them again.

I purchased the Lustre Rug in Moss and it’s even more beautiful in person. The colour is rich without overpowering the room and the texture and quality immediately make the space feel more considered.

There are so many places to buy a rug but what makes Rugs for Good different for me is knowing there’s so much more behind the product than just how it looks. Their rugs are GoodWeave certified and child-labour-free, and the business is genuinely committed to supporting the artisan communities behind what they make.

For something that takes up such a big visual space in your home, I’d much rather invest in a rug that is beautifully designed and handmade in a way I’m proud to tell friends about.

The Lustre Moss has completely transformed the room. I’d absolutely purchase from Rugs for Good again.

Poor quality rug - began fraying within a couple of months. Retailer claimed this was normal. There are many retailers selling cheaply made rugs online for big prices. Buyer beware.

The rug (Marigold in Olive) I received looks fantastic in our space! The good quality is immediately noticeable, it's durable and hardy. Will definitely buy again!

These rugs are stunning and the most beautiful quality. I would highly recommend. They are so much more beautiful and authentic than any sisal rug I have ever seen. I recommended Rugs for Good to all my family and friends.

Rug is awesome and as shown online. Delivery company was less so, as they wouldn’t deliver to our address even though it is only 15mins from urban area and same post code.

This is the fifth rug I have received from Rugs For Good and as usual, the quality is amazing. Delivery was quick and the rug exceeded my expectations!

This rug is even better in the flesh. The colour is rich ( I have the Mulberry ) and changes depending on the light in the room which I love. The low-pile fabric is dense and heavy. I have it under the corners of my lounge and have not needed an anti-slip mat.

Bought a beautiful jute rug. Rugs for good sorted out delivery issue immediately. I love the product and knowing it's ethically made and I'm helping a good cause

DISAPPOINTED. Purchased a rug in Dec 2023 as a gift for a friend. I received the rug pre Xmas, inspected it and wasn't entirely happy with the quality. The rug was already tufting and sprouting in areas and the edge finish wasn't ideal, raw and already fraying in some areas. Against my better judgment I chose not to complain and proceeded with gifting the rug.
The rug is in a bedroom, under a queen size bed with one fifth of the rug extending beyond the bed frame at one end, and in a very low traffic area. After only 6 weeks my firend advised me that the rug had split (stitching had come undone) in one area. I sent an email to Rugs For Good on March 15, with images.
I didn't hear back and sent a follow-up email on March 19 and 2 further follow up emails before finally getting a response yesterday, April 4. At no point did I request a refund or ask to return the rug, I was simply providing feedback and expressing my disappointment at the poor quality. Length of time and effort it took on my part to facilitate a response to my initial email only exacerbated my disappointment. Very dissatisfied with my purchase and overall lack of adequate customer service by Rugs For Good.
I supported the business because I believed in the social initiative and brand ethos.
Full disclosure, I did purchased a rug from them back in 2022 which I am happy with. Saldy they let themselves down terribly on this occasion and I certainly wont be supporting them in future.
