I live in the Dominican Republic and purchased 9 rugs for about 5000 from Mina. She shipped them to my forwarding company in Miami. I must say that all the rugs are beautiful and in the best condition. I will buy more form her and highly recommend.

I recently purchased an 8x11 antique rug from Rug Source Online. The description of the rug said "Low pile, professionally cleaned, in great used condition". I was not expecting to unroll the rug to find it was not only worn in several places, but also coming apart on the edges AND dirty. When I contacted customer service about this, they were unapologetic and told me that I obviously liked "newer" rugs. I would absolutely not recommend this business to anyone.

After gaining their attention the folks at Rugsonline did indeed take care of the issue. At their expense the shipped the rug back, repaired it in a very good fashion and shipped it back to us. Both my wife and I are very happy with the rug and all the rugs we bought from them. They did a nice job in a timely manner. We definitely would buy from them again. For the money it's hard to beat what we purchased from them. We looked around a lot and we did get a good value by shopping we them. Nice rugs at a fair price.

We bought 4 rugs from Rugsourceonline. Prior to purchasing we called and asked several questions. One question was specifically about any of the rugs fraying or coming unknotted. Mina's response was no that none of the rugs had that problem. We also asked about what exactly did they mean about "low pile" as indicated in the description. Some rugs that said that had arrows in the pictures identifying the areas of low pile while others did not. On one of the rugs we were considering she stated that not putting arrows in the pictures was an over site on their behalf on that particular rug. In short low pile means a worn area but nowhere in the site is low pile described. We also confirmed her return policy and she did state that if the rugs were not as described they would certainly pay for the return and refund our money. So we ordered the rugs. They were shipped very promptly. However the most expensive rug we purchase was indeed coming unknotted in 3 of the 4 corners Also the other rug had very visible worn areas that were not indicated in the description or on the photos. We took the rugs to 2 different places to get opinions on having the rug repaired. When I told Mina about the cost to repair they questioned how the people were going to repair the rug. They suggested there would be a quick and cheap way or a better more expensive way. After several attempts to get them to clarify exactly what they meant I have been unable to do so. I asked for a partial refund to cover the costs of repair but their counter offer was a much lower amount. They did offer to have the rug sent back to them, repaired and sent back to me but at a cost as well which i shoukd not have to bare. When I questioned how they intended to repair the rug, and after several attempts to get a response I have not received anything. Bottom line, easy to talk to prior to purchase not so much after purchase. My only other option is to dispute the charges via my American Express and either get them to refund my cost to repair the rug or have them do it to my satisfaction or give me a full refund and return the rug. We like the rugs and the prices are fair but not for rugs that are coming unknotted. Disappointed to say the least.

Excellent service, excellent quality, excellent value. Even after paying shipping the rug I bought was far cheaper and better than rugs available in england. I would highly recommend rugsourceonline.

They refused a return saying they were out of business (even stated on the ups return form) . The number they list on the shipment is also disconnnected. Once I tracked them down they are now accusing me of taking more that 14 days to return so they are blaming me and refusing to make this situation right. I sent them original documents of the refusal and they are stating the the time overlasp frees them from any obligation. This is dishonest and wrong.

We would certainly purchase again should we have a need.

GREAT Prices & Fast Shippers

Over the years I have bought 5 or 6 rugs from Rugsource. Once I had to return one because the colors did not match our decor properly. I cannot say enough good about Rugsource.
