⭐ 1 STAR — EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE WITH RUNBUGGY

As the owner of Transform Transport Inc., I am extremely disappointed with my experience working with RunBuggy as an auto transporter.

We completed and delivered vehicles on October 3, 2026, with the understanding that payment would be issued within 2–3 business days. Today is October 13, and we still have not received payment.

What makes this situation even more frustrating is the complete lack of communication and customer support.

Phone calls go unanswered. Messages receive no responses. The phone number provided to us for assistance goes directly to voicemail. There appears to be absolutely no reliable way to contact anyone regarding outstanding payments.

As a professional transportation company, we are responsible for paying our drivers, purchasing fuel, maintaining our equipment, carrying commercial insurance, and meeting our financial obligations. We fulfill our responsibilities by picking up and delivering vehicles as agreed. We expect the same level of professionalism and accountability from the companies we work with.

It is completely unacceptable for a transportation broker to expect carriers to perform services promptly while leaving them waiting for payment with no explanation and no way to reach anyone.

My biggest concern is not simply the delayed payment. It is the fact that RunBuggy has made it nearly impossible to communicate with anyone who can resolve the issue.

I am sharing my experience to make other independent transporters and trucking companies aware of the difficulties we have encountered.

My advice to other carriers: Proceed with caution when accepting loads through RunBuggy, particularly if you depend on timely payments and responsive customer service.

Based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend this company to other transporters.

The worst Company to haul for when it get down to paying the carriers. It's a shame when fuel prices are jacked up to its highest and getting higher to the extreme. This company will have you to pick up and deliver vehicles. It will take up to 10 days to two weeks to pay you. For your deliveries, bad business, I would not run for them again. Can't buy fuel 😔 ! Can't pay my insurance.

Steve with Runbuggy Reserve is awesome to work with and is always available even after hours. I look forward to continuing to work together!

Bought a vehicle out of state with shipping in an enclosed hauler. I had some initial concerns and questions but Steve from runbuggy completely put my worries at ease. He had answers to all my questions was very engaged in the process and even went out of his way to take pictures of the car being loaded up. The car was delivered on time and without any issues Thanks to Steve for being involved in the entire process. 5 star service!

Steve Swinnerton from RunBuggy went far beyond my expectations and made sure my Porsche Turbo GT came asap. Super personable, top customer service.

They appear to do nothing for you. Pretty lazy. I waited 6 days for a transport driver and nothing. Its because RunBuggy is so greedy, they were trying to squeeze the driver's cut down to nothing, and pocket the difference. They wouldn't even tell me how much they were charging the dealership vs how much I was paying. Total pyramid scheme of deception. I hired someone else who got me a driver in 3 hours.

I had an excellent experience with Steve from RunBuggy, and Steve made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He was professional, responsive, and kept me informed every step of the way. Whenever I had questions, Steve answered them promptly and made sure everything was handled efficiently.

If I could give this company-10 stars I would. Especially their Blueteam which is not returning the phone calls for months. They have a corporate mind and approach. They don’t care about regular people
