Recently ordered some MagDust Pro Chalk. First off they had a discount which directed me to make the purchase. The email discount was clear and easy to understand. Ordered without issue, email confirmation was accurate, order arrived as described. Furthermore, the product was as described/advertised.

I will be using their products again in the future.

They gave me a deal that was six months late, their products are quality and have lasted over tough sessions and abuse, and overall design and product choice is great

I got the Highballer Utility Pants Soft Stretch and they are my favorite pair of bouldering pants. Really designed to allow you to move freely. High quality material and look great as well (I wear them as street wear as well as for bouldering).

Great products, solid shipping turnarounds, and good customer service.

Purchased two of their tshirts in black. Perfect slightly boxy fit. Amazing fabric. High quality print. I'll be back for more when the other colors restock.

The Performance Collection is really game changer in the summer! Literally feels like wearing nothing, I can't even move in any way to feel restrained and the only worry left is where to find underwear that matches the rest and isn't so heavy.

I have loved every product of theirs that I bought, which includes the flash tee, boulder head tee, prism chalk bucket, one of the brushes, the sticker bundle, and all of the chalk variations. The quality of the gear was great, everything was made using great materials.

Purchased the performance top and some shorts. While the delivery took a bit longer the support was very nice and proactively informed me about the issues. They kindly added a bag of chalk for the inconvenience.
The gear was very comfortable, high quality. So all in all a genuinely nice shopping experience.

Ok I climb but I’m dyslexic and had trouble finding my parcel 📦 rungne support where outstanding made sure I received my order gave me vouchers and free chalk for the inconvenience. The quality of there products is far better than any other climbing 🧗 related products I have purchased.Since then I have made 2 more orders and I know exactly where my parcel is going.Big thanks to Mustifar from customer service.

The ordering experience was awesome! I placed the order and it was fulfilled and shipped quickly. And the product is great! I bought the sampler to try all the chalks. I haven't tried them all yet, but so far loving them. Looking forward to using them more!

Magdust pro is a really fine climbing chalk, thats why it gets into all the pores and skin incisions and stays there. The non-toxic silca keeps your hand dryer then other similar products on the market (maybe a bit better then Gorilla grip for me) and thats all.

The chalk is great I enjoy climbing with it. Still fall a lot but to no fault of the chalk. Probably poor technique but, no excuses on the gear now. So that's good. Always 10/10 no more excuses. Also Rúngne was good and shipped the order out quickly. I will be ordering more from them in the future. Very nice.

The chalk is super light and feels super fluffy! It sticks to my hands really well, especially during long sessions, it doesn’t hurt my hands whatsoever. Great stuff!!!

Clear info and quality products. good customer service

Ive had a Tshirt and Chalk Bucket from Rungne, and both are great quality and well-crafted.

Shipping was fast, the TShirt packaging was recyclable (although the chalk bucket wasnt - Id like to see the plastic gone from that), and both pieces seem very durable.

My TShirt (Church of Dynology) is a size bigger than my usual, and fits great - Id recommend double checking before ordering - and is quite heavy. I like a heavy tshirt, but another thing to be aware of!

Overall, I had a great experience and am really happy with both product. Ive put both through hell and many a tough sessions and they both look good as new, minus the chalk.

Worth the price, if you are looking for quality gear and great, well thought-out, designs!

I purchased a shirt from Rungne that turned out to have a manufacturing defect. When I contacted customer support, I was informed that this was already a known issue. However, no information had ever been sent to affected customers, meaning I had to discover the defect myself and initiate the complaint process.

Rungne agreed to replace the faulty shirt, but the replacement took an unreasonably long time to process. Throughout the waiting period, I received no proactive updates and only got information when I repeatedly contacted support myself.

When the replacement was finally shipped, Rungne made another mistake by sending it as DDU instead of DDP. As a result, UPS demanded import duties upon delivery for what was supposed to be a free warranty replacement of a defective product.

I then spent several days waiting for instructions from Rungne while UPS repeatedly attempted delivery and requested payment of the import charges. Eventually, Rungne instructed me to pay the fees myself and explicitly promised to reimburse the full amount once I provided the receipt.

"We’ve checked this with our shipping setup, and it looks like this shipment was unfortunately sent as DDU instead of DDP, which is why UPS is requesting import duties on delivery.

Could you please go ahead and pay the fee so the parcel can be released? Once you’ve done that, just send us a copy of the receipt and we’ll make sure to refund the full customs amount for you."

It has now been 26 days since I submitted the receipt and invoice, and I still have not received my refund. During this period, I have repeatedly had to follow up just to get updates. Most recently, I was offered store credit instead of the cash reimbursement that I had already been promised.

Mistakes can happen, but this entire experience has been characterized by poor communication, excessive delays, shipping errors, and a failure to return money that Rungne explicitly committed to refunding.

I am still in the middle of trying to get this sorted out...

Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Rungne.
