Sinead was amazing, her reminder email to order Christmas medals was very much appreciated. Very quick turnaround of request and a pro forma to ensure stock was held whilst we got authorisation from the treasurer. All in all fantastic service and I would highly recommend. Without Sinead we would likely have tried to order too late and had lots of disappointed swimmers who look forward to our Christmas meet for the very cool medals.

All of my questions were answered quickly and efficiently by Catia. I changed my order multiple times and Catia remained patient and professional. I would recommend Running Imp for purchasing medals and awards.
