This is a fake company. The products they sell are fake and please don’t be fooled. Once you get the product they stop responding to your msgs and emails. There is no way to contact them or call them. They should be reported and shut down.

Pathetic Experience
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the level of customer service I have received regarding a recent shipment. Despite contacting your representatives, I have not been provided with a tracking number for my package. Instead, I have been given various excuses, which is unacceptable.
Furthermore, I am also experiencing issues with accessing my account online. I have attempted to reset my password 3-4 times, but I have not received the password reset email. This is preventing me from potentially accessing tracking information or managing my shipment online.
The lack of a tracking number and the inability to access my account are causing significant inconvenience and concern.... 🙏🙏🙏

Worst experience. I ordered a LV shoes and received a duplicate one. It was ordinary and defective which damaged in a single use. They will not even reply to any complaint. So don't buy from them.

Navya from “runway catalog” is a scam. I ordered an LV belt but no delivery timeline nothing. First they take 2-3 days to respond even to a single message and then stopped replying completely. Scam website, fake products dont trsut at all!
