I would like to share my utterly pathetic and disgraceful experience with this third-class company on 2 February 2026.
I was called for an interview for the position of Manager – Customer Support. A formal calendar invite was sent, clearly mentioning the time, venue, and interviewer. The interview was scheduled for 11:00 AM and was supposed to be conducted by the Head of Customer Service, Gurjent Deol, whose name was explicitly mentioned in the meeting invite.
I reached the venue at 10:40 AM, only to be treated with complete disrespect. Despite a confirmed schedule, I was made to wait until 1:00 PM, with no explanation, no update, and no apology. When the interview was already fixed at 11:00 AM with the hiring manager, what possible justification was there to keep a candidate waiting for over two hours? This alone reflects your company’s total lack of professionalism.
At around 1:00 PM, an unprofessionally dressed, unhygienic, and poorly groomed individual appeared, introducing himself as Varun Sharma – HR Manager. He took me to a space that resembled a storeroom rather than an interview room, further highlighting the shockingly low standards of this organization.
During the so-called discussion, this person could not maintain basic eye contact, lacked professionalism, and failed to communicate clearly. After barely two minutes, he abruptly ended the interaction and told me to leave, saying that the interview with the Customer Service Head—who was supposed to be my reporting manager—would be scheduled for the following week.
Later, the consultant who referred me informed me that I had “not cleared the first round.” This was both shocking and absurd. How can someone who is unprofessional, unhygienic, poorly groomed, and unable to speak proper English be in a position to judge a managerial candidate? On what basis was this so-called “evaluation” even made?
Let me be very clear: I would never have joined your shitty company even if selected. However, what is unacceptable is the way you wasted my time, money, and energy through sheer incompetence and arrogance. If you are this unprofessional and undeserving, why the hell do you call candidates and pretend to run a hiring process?
After this experience, I checked your Google reviews—and they only confirmed what I witnessed firsthand. It appears that your company is not only incapable of handling candidates professionally but is also seriously cheating customers.
I genuinely hope this company sinks quickly under the weight of its own incompetence. I will make sure, to the best of my ability, that people are aware of how unprofessional, unethical, and unworthy this organization truly is.
