Needed a part next day, emailed and Colin was mega helpful and sorted me out. No drama just good old fashioned customer service, something which seems to be missing from a lot of places now.

I visited Rush Cycles with the intention of buying a new mountain bike for my son. After being ignored for the first 10minutes I eventually got the attention of the manager, Colin. I told him I had a budget of £600, which straight away I could tell he wasn’t interested in pursuing the conversation. Most of the bikes in the shop were very very expensive. And I think this was why he became disinterested. I think it didn’t help that I am tall and he was very short. I found his attitude very poor and unhelpful. Needless to say I walked out and went to a much better shop who helped me to find something suitable. I’m very glad I did as I found a very similar bike almost £200 cheaper too.
Poor customer service, rudeness and high prices shouldn’t be rewarded. For this reason I would urge you to avoid Rush Cycles.

Col runs the best stocked shop in South Wales for quality mountain bike parts and accessories, i do mail order if I can’t get there in person, top advice n service 👍

Used this shop online a couple of times now and can’t fault the service. Good communication and the stuff I ordered has arrived quickly especially considering we’re located at opposite ends of the country. Outstanding that unlike some of the bigger and well know cycle shops they don’t slap a big delivery fee on just because you live in the Scottish Highlands, didn’t realise we were still in the delivery dark ages. Keep it up.

Had issues with my brakes. Needed a different mount for my Hope's that I'd bought 6 months back, and like a donkey was running the mount back to front so it would work.The guy colin was great and after a bit of back n forth with details and some photos he sussed out my problem. Sorted it and sent the correct part to me within 2 days. Excellent customer service and I would highly recommend getting your stuff from here.

I purchased some Hope Tech 3's for my bike, turns out the rear caliper didn't fit my bike. Rush replaced the brakes for something that fit my bike, no questions asked. I will definitely use these guys again.

Bought a set of brake pads and was charged appropriately for the postage which I thought was great.. Also service was really fast considering the current situation.. Would definitely recommend thanks..

First time using Rush Cycles. Bought a Hope wheelset at a great price. Good communication and the delivery happened as planned. Excellent, will use again.

Ordered a pair of Hope V4 brakes from here as they were on offer at a very reasonable price. I called with a few queries before placing my order and they were very helpful.

Order was fulfilled in a reasonable time and was supplied with the correct fittings and options.

Its only a small shop, so don't expect 24/7 support (note the opening hours and Tuesday and Sunday are riding days), but the service you get will be good. Shame I live so far away, or I'd pop in personally.
