Unfortunately, my experience with this company has been very disappointing and stressful. I was promised the Android version more than a week ago, yet until now, I have not received any build or clear progress update.
The issue did not stop at delays. Serious problems were caused in the existing iOS version, which disrupted my business, resulted in real financial losses, caused embarrassment with my customers, and placed significant mental and emotional pressure on me.
What made the experience worse was the lack of accountability. Instead of taking responsibility and providing clear solutions, the issues were repeatedly justified or blamed on other parties, despite the sensitivity of the project and its direct impact on live payments and customers.
I expected a higher level of professionalism, commitment to deadlines, and genuine concern for the client’s business. Unfortunately, the experience fell far short of expectations. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable technical partner.
