Never again. I had a very challenging experience with Russell &Russell for over a year. Multiple phone calls, voice mails, emailing and no reply for weeks. On many occasions the only way to get a response was to go in-store untill someone would talk to me. Our estate agents also struggled to get any updates and eventually it was done "as a courtesy". There was never even push or urgency to move things along and overall I had an awful experience. I can't see myself paying for your service again or recommending you to anyone. I'm sure this also stands true for my estate agents and the sellers estate agents.

Absolutely terrible solicitors, I received a letter from Miss Rance asking if I could confirm that I was a relative of the late Mr Barfield which I quickly confirmed, after learning that they had a family tree of my family I asked if they could email a copy, after several emails, telephone calls and months later ,I was informed that a son had now been found and that I would no longer be eligible to inherit I asked again if they could possibly send me a copy via email, this morning I have finally received a reply to my request asking for £50 to do this.

Russell & Russell provided a very competitive quote for selling my house. Their online portal for all the forms was easy to navigate and complete. Zoe and the team were great at following up with the seller and very thorough with everything they did. They did not miss a thing. I had to deal with Russell and Russell due tobthe unexpected death of my step mum. They were requested to send the original will, which they told me they had done, unfortunately by first class post, it didn't arrive at probate so that resulted in a nearly 6 month wait for probate culminating in them apparently "finding" the original will 22 weeks after they had informed me it had been posted. Russell and Russell did not inform me they had the will it was purely as I phoned probate for an update that I learnt of the situation. To date they have not contacted me to advise they found/had the will all this time. No thought for the stress that this has caused me on top of the unexpected death back in September.

I can't express my thanks. My gratitude, my huge appreciation for Natasha Cairns. Her everything, everything she did was wonderful under extremely stressful conditions. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
