Ruth gave me an honest and realistic pricing strategy and clearly explained the market approach from the very beginning. She offered fantastic advice on how to present my flat and arranged truly professional photography — I was genuinely impressed with how well my property was presented.

The listing description was strong and well thought out, not generic copy-and-paste text. The launch was quick and timed perfectly, and I really appreciated that Ruth stayed in touch and remained fully available even over the Christmas period.

My property was listed on all major portals without any delays, and every viewing arranged was a serious one. After each viewing, I received prompt and clear feedback. Ruth handled negotiations confidently and fairly — assertive when needed, but always professional. Every offer was explained clearly, and I never felt pressured at any point.

Honestly, they were five-star fantastic from start to finish. Everything was handled so professionally I barely had to lift a finger, which is great because I mostly just stress ate biscuits during this whole process.
The communication was stellar they kept me informed without overwhelming me, making the process feel surprisingly smooth. But the real MVP move? How amazing they were with my emotions! Moving is a rollercoaster, and they were always calm, supportive, and brilliant at keeping me focused when I needed it most.

Ruth was amazing with helping me find a home, even asking if I was sure with the location as I previously stated I was unsure on another property near by, she was very clear with was was needed from me and made it a lot easier as I had no clue what to do, I do recommend and will be going to her if I need to sell a house in the future
