Ruth provides an amazing personalised service and has really gone above and beyond to help us achieve our sale. Ruth was in contact with me most days to constantly update me and provide me with advice and go through our options. She was always available to talk anytime I needed her which really gave us confidence in her. She managed to get us an incredible amount of viewings even when the market wasn’t great. I really can’t recommend her enough and am really grateful for her time and effort.

I originally intended on obtaining 3 quotes for agents to sell our property but as soon as Ruth visited I knew she was the right woman for the job so appointed her immediately - living local, knowing the area and being independent gives that personal level of service you won't get from a high street agent. Within 2 weeks of her initial visit the property was photographed, listed and sold - what more can you ask for? All you need to do is see the listings Ruth posts and compare against other agents to understand the quality of service you will receive. Definitely recommend - Ruth (and John) have been brilliant.

Ruth is a lovely person, open friendly and very competent. We chose her for the sale of my parents property as she is available 7 days a week and almost 24 hours a day, she has to sleep though, this was immensely helpful due to my working hours. We were really impressed with the effort she went to with the valuation alone, I've sold 8 property's with various estate agents and have never had the information and details Ruth provided.
