Truly horrible. I ordered a new hot water tank for our trailer, it took over 3 weeks for it to arrive. Because it took so long I had to get a tank from somewhere else. I emailed them to cancel my order and not ship out my order. They shipped it out the next day (what a coincidence). I immediately returned the order without opening the package and I have yet to receive my refund almost a month later.

They do not respond to emails and don’t have a call centre. Extremely unprofessional. I would have easily bought more items from them if they kept their end of the bargain.

Embarrassing

You never know how good a company is until something doesn't go quite right and that's where this company exceled! We ordered a 9x18 Kuma mat but the wrong one was shipped. Within 4 hours of contacting them, we had a return number for CanPar and the parcel was picked back up. We just received the replacement today and it was the right one.

There were no arguments, no hassle, just awesome customer service! Will definitely use this company if there's anything else they have that we need.

Don't respond to emails, can't get a hold of anybody!

The company sent me a defective pump, and then refused to honour their warranty. They just delayed and delayed their email responses. There is no one you can actually call so they leave you hanging. This company can not be trusted.

Following their guide, I ordered the wrong pressure for their RV Designer Gas Shocks. I installed one and we were not able to open the door. I inquired to see if we could exchange. I got an RMA number and paid out of pocket to send both gas shock back. I followed up 6 times and they just don't respond. They kept the shocks and didn't refund my money.

The parts Albert ordered are the wrong size and I sent 2 or 3 emails as I wanted to get an RNA number . I can ship it on my own but I did not know if I need to ship it to Midland.
I sent this email on Feb 28 2024 and have not heard back yet.
I placed an order for Albert Harisson but the items are too small. I tried to call many times and left many messages but have not spoken to anyone.

In order to return the item, I read that I need to get an RMA number and this needs to be marked clearly on the package.

Do you know how much the shipping would cost and what is the address I need to ship it to?

The order number is C 20336 and it was placed on Feb 16th. The total price is 121.63 which includes taxes.

Not delivered. No answer to call or e-mail.

Would never recommend.

Could I attribute negative stars? One part never arrived, even though I was charged for it, another was returned with no money back in my pocket. Good luck getting a response, email or phone.

Awning fabric arrived promptly on time in good condition. Competitively priced.

I was missing items in my shipment, created a ticket which I cannot log into to see the status of and have left many voicemails as I can never get ahold of anyone to see what is happening with this. I have spent more than $10,000 with this company and they are loosing a repeat customer over $50.

Great experience, would buy from again in heart beat!

Everything I ordered arrived in good shape and as expected. Took a full week before the order shipped out.

I had to follow up on a few occasions to see when the back orders would be sent out.

Good communications regarding preserving and shipping process!

Accuracy, professionalism and friendliness when talking with a parts man...I was unable to order online, likely due to my computer, so I called and was helped with speed and knowledge...I will continue to shop at the RV part Shop Canada...

Only time I've had any troubles with an online order from this vendor. The part I ordered was on backorder for about 4 months so I decided to call and check and see what the deal was. It took a few tries and a few messages to get in touch with someone on the phone but once I did, they were able to rectify the situation quickly.

Although parts were out of stock initially they kept me up to date and eventually all parts were delivered
