I have no idea why RV trader completely changed the way their search engine works but it was a massive mistake. It is so frustrating to try and search for a specific brand and model I give up. You can put in brand and model but there are sub models with some makes and it doesn’t let you just type in you are looking for in a search browser. You need to select type, then brand then model that is as far as you can get. Whoever had the ridiculous idea to change it should be fired and it should go back to the previous way

RVTrader site is THE worst site to use!!! Very buggy. It used to be better, years ago! Now when I sign into my account and try to save a favorite, it kicks me out of my account, every time!!! It won't let me save a saved Class A that I've looked at, period! The date(s) this has been happening has been over the last two weeks, every day! Sporadically before that with other search criteria issues as well, when it comes to brand searches or models.... Horrible!!! RVT....get you act together. I certainly wouldn't use you to list an RV for Sale again!!!

What a waste of money to use this company. I was the cheapest one listed on my Winnebago ViaP 2016 $45k and I only got two inquirie and they both wanted to spend time on the phone and never knew which rv they were talking about. When I said, just keep it emailed. So much better result, from facebook marketplace and craigslist at much much cheaper from the inflated r v.Trader pricing, which is not worth it.

I posted my RV on RV Trader and Facebook Marketplace. RV Trader was $150, Marketplace was free. Received 2 inquiries on RV Trader, dozens on Marketplace. Sold to 1st Marketplace buyer. RV Trader is expensive and simply does not work.

Rv trader does not deserve 1 star. I was forced to give that to write a review. Please follow and listen to these reviews of unsatisfied customers. They probably costs me a sale many times. 6 months of advertising. Pd the $500. They screen every message and make the decision if you should get it.
I understand scams in our world today. But they filter a high personage. I had a Cash buyer contact them asking why I am not responding, they filtered them calling them fraudster. Yet they WILL NOT tell you what flagged the message. In 6 months, less than 12 messages. When I called, they said my price was too low. I shouldn't be selling by myself and to use someone that charges a commission. This is the worse customer service in my 5 decades of an adult ever. Initially, it was not easy to set up. They wouldn't allow me to change my price. I had call and wait for tech. They make the decision if you should get the message. Don't waist your money. Very disturbing and disappointing. Now please pay attention their response to every complaint it is the exact same. Do they really have any passion for your experience!

I spotted an ad that interested me. Began my research by comparing sales prices for comparable models. The ad was $32,750 and comparable models began at and went up from $50,000. Immediate suspicions. Searched physical address: vacant. Searched phone number: associated with an RV ad in Russia. Searched images in US: at least 12 different Craig’s List sites across the country with ads identical to RV Trader.

Reported to RV Trader. No response. I reported it again a few days later. No response and the ad is still online. The only conclusion I can draw is RV Trader does not care in the slightest about the people who use its website. I guess they collected their $400 from the scammer to list the ad and that’s as much as they care.

There has been very little interaction from RV Trader. The one recent referral appears to be a scam. For our investment as private seller, it is terribly disappointing. They provide no response as to any interest shown in our RV.

The only leads we got from this service was scammers. Do not waste your money or time.

Seller beware. This isn't for you.

Listed for 4 weeks at $300+, with basically no activity. Two responses from dealers looking to buy at 50% of listing only to sell at 70% more. I listed on two other sites and had numerous inquiries with 5 solid offers and one great accepted offer. I followed all the recommended procedures , description, video and multiple pictures. A real waste of time and money, look for other better options.

I would like to express my concerns regarding my experience with this company. Unfortunately, I found their customer service representatives to be unhelpful. In my opinion, I cannot recommend this company for advertising your RV.

The primary issues I encountered include:

- **Lack of Tailored Communication**: The messages I received were generic and did not address my specific needs or concerns.
- **Information Security**: I felt that my information was not adequately protected, exposing me to potential scams from individuals seeking to sell products or inspection reports.
- **Poor Response Times**: When I reached out via email or text, I did not receive timely replies.
- **Refund Policy**: Upon requesting a refund, I was met with an automatic refusal, despite not having signed any legal documents that would warrant such a policy.

Given these experiences, I recommend exploring alternative options for RV advertising.

As you can see by a 2.7 rating. RV Trader is Pathetic! I decided to try them again after really knowing better. Same Crap, really nice Julian day one! After that No help,assistance or anything. Just Rude!
Advertised a Very Nice Motorhome, Below JD Power suggested price. I received One Inquiry, but then No lead reply. Probably a RV Trader Scam Inquiry. I ask for Full Refund due to No, inquires other than the one. The also Rude left me a Non Caring Obstinate voicemail of No Refund. Stealing, Thieving, Scaming, Rude, NON Credible Company!

FACEBOOK MARKETPLACE GETS MORE LOOKS AT NO COST!!!

I’ve used Rv trader USA for the last 12 years to identify purchases in the USA from here in New Zealand but over the last 3 weeks I’m unable to load the site. Keep getting “Error” message. I’m extremely disappointed

Was a loyal and happy dealer client for nearly a decade. Tried downgrading and then, eventually, just canceling service for 2.5 months. The response was vague and had significant lags in repsonse which cost us money. WHen we escalated, the manager never called us back despite three efforts to reach them. We eventually just had to close the bank account that was being ACH drafted from because we could not get a response and they kept taking money. Do not think I would ever use them again.

This site is not a scam, however, overwhelming scammers on this website and zero potential buyers in two weeks with the ultimate package I used. I paid ultimate package ($400) and my AD ID: 5038746577. All people contacting me are scam.

No refund from the website and waste a lot of my time dealing with the scammers which suppose to be the website's manager job

The only inquiries have been scams, people asking for my phone number. I’ve talked to Customer Service twice and have been told that they will make a note of those. I asked for my money back and was told I should first try putting a video in my ad. A second time I called I was told I could not get a refund, so I went through my credit card company for reversing the charge. It’s hard to navigate the website to read inquiries. I paid $509.99. I thought it was the least expensive option, but later realized I had purchased the most expensive option. I regret using this service.

Responding to inquiries would be a start. I have sent emails about 3 units and haven't received any info

I paid for the "Best Package" and in 2 months the only action received is from 2 scammers. My listing is under a category that it shouldn't be, but I'm unable to edit that part of the listing and I don't get a response back from RV trader when I call or email.
It's been a total waste of money.

Their system is trash. It's buggy and had ranges I can set the price of my RV (it is valued by about 30k MORE than what they will let me set it at). I hate this company and their website. I build websites for a living, and this one is trash.

Worthless advertising. All I got was scammers and sales people. So expensive!! Will never list with RV trader again

Our replies to interested buyers through RV Trader about our RV were not being received. One particular party contacted us 3 times and did not receive one of our replies. We lowered the price since we weren't hearing back. Finally, we received his phone number, and we were able to sell to him, but at our reduced price. We lost thousands. Customer service was terrible. We are very dissatisfied.
