Working with Rob has been great. After being made redundant in August last year I was really struggling to gain any traction within a challenging job market.

Having already spent quite a lot of money getting my CV professionally re-written (which proved to have no success) I was weary at spending more money on further services to help in my job search.

I am really glad that I did. Rob's job quest programme was so helpful in providing a strategy for all steps in the job search process, in particular with optimising my LinkedIn profile and CV. As soon as I applied the recommended changes to my CV, I started to get interviews.

I started working with Rob at the end of January, and by the end of March I had been through the interview process with multiple companies and had received an offer for a great role at a great company.

I started working with Rob toward the end of 2024 as I had been out of work almost 8 months and was really struggling. He helped me improve my C.V and LinkedIn profile, gave me a holistic job search strategy, helped me improve my confidence in interviews and also provided a lot of 1:1 support and guidance.

I worked with Rob when I wanted to set up my own business. I had been employed 20 plus years and I knew I wanted to work for myself but the business side of things were daunting for me. Through regular sessions Rob helped me develop a plan for setting the business up with marketing and generating more business. Rob kept me accountable and enabled me to think and talk through challenges but also came up with suggestions I hadn't previously thought of. Now my business is all set up and growing. Working with Rob has really helped me improve my approach to work and has actually helped me elevate my career, as well as improve my work / life balance. Which is really important for me. Since working with Rob it’s really opened my eyes to how small changes can make big differences. The sessions we’ve had have been really relaxed and he made me feel really comfortable talking about things in my life I can improve on, but also focussed on the positives. I contacted Rob after struggling with my work life balance whilst running my business. As things grew I found it difficult to keep on top of everything, and often found running a business to be quite lonely.
