Abdul and Zed have to be the most dishonest property managers in Manchester. Their focus is hiking rents with little emphasis on property maintenance. I'd give them zero but unfortunately the lowest score is one. Avoid renting from these cowboys....

I only give them one star because I have to. Completely dishonest company. Ali Zulfiqa has is a crook and I wouldn't touch him with a barge pole. We employed him on recommendation from another agent whom was trustworthy, but it seems he hoodwinked him as well. We gave him two apartments for full management. He collected rent and that was it. He did nothing more! And when we asked for our paperwork we heard no more from him. Contacting him is impossible. And the office is now an empty shell, a front. Ali is this why you can't trade in Manchester anymore.

Trustpilot is supposed to combat fake reviews! Obviously they have not done this with this company. Their offices are a shop front and they are flooded with fake reviews. The truth of the matter is that Ryan and Baker is an empty shop with a flashy front on the Leabridge Road. It seems that other businesses are run from this shop that I cannot vouch for.

Cathy and the team have been absolutely fantastic!! Really great.. I'm a first time buyer and struggled to A find something I liked and B actually having an offer accepted but then I came across Bakers . They made the process so seamless, honest advice and guidance all the way .. thank you cathy and team .. really appreciate all the help and guidance I completel soon hopefully 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼

Ryan Barker have rented my house, without permission ‘again’ via my stbx husband. I notified Ryan Barkers about the repossession order, but they still rented to unsuspecting tenants, they still rented it out.. despite me telling them that Mohammed ‘stole’ the monies for a year & failed to pay the mortgage.. £12.5k in arrears! Shocking. Evidence sent in. Greed.

Had my solicitors contact them but they failed to respond. I’ve evidence of above.

Very Professional service. I have left flat managed by them and they have swiftly moved me in to a 3 bed house. All agents are very helpful and professional. All my repairs were done within 24 hours of the notice. They will never ignore your call and always chase on the problem.

Ryan Baker Estate Agents is the most professional estate agency I have dealt with, they provide you with a seamless service from start to end. I had the pleasure of using their service to rent out a 6 Bedroom HMO in walthamstow, which achieved a very high rent price, which was might not have even been possible in the current market, but they seemed to pull it through.

Ali and Abdullah are exceptional in their service, extremely friendly, and go out of their way for both landlord and the tenants. I’ve been provided with a thorough report of all the tenant searches, background checks and a final statement of the property rental in a printed form, which is extremely useful to have.

Will definitely go to Ryan Baker Estate Agents again for all my future property rentals.

Ryan Baker helped us sell our home, the gentleman was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. My husband had plenty of questions and even called with some more after he left. They gave us great advice on pricing and took care of everything, moving house is a hectic time and they made it very easy. We can't remember his name but hope he reads this.
