What can be said about Ryan? Providing so much value for courses/mentorships that typically cost 10k, he is providing for a fraction and spending some time preparing others for the road ahead. A guru with a heart and definitely one to follow and learn from. He has niche expertise in the valuable Service Accommodation business. I was lucky to come across him. With access to Ryan gives you mentorship and and a group with fellow mentees. It is a no brainer. His teachings are clear, practical and honest. An expert in his field. Worth every penny. Definitely recommended 1000% credit to the property investment sector.

The content is up-to-date and easy to digest. He is honest about the processes and emphasises that you have to put the work in; it's not a get-rich-quick process. I typically appreciate how he advocates for ownership, which has helped change my mindset and direction.
