Hello Susie, thanks for the comment, I'd genuinely like to clear this up.
I understand the instinct to be cautious, there's a lot online to be wary of. But the praise we get isn't coming from our adverts, it's coming from real customers. You'll find their reviews on our website and across our social channels, often with their own photos and in their own words. That's exactly the kind of thing we'd encourage you to look at, because it's customers speaking for themselves, not us speaking for them.
I'll be honest, it's a little tough to receive a one-star rating from someone who hasn't bought from us or reached out with a single question first. We're a young business that cares a lot about getting this right, and a doubt raised from the outside is something we'd have loved the chance to answer directly.
