Very friendly staff, good communication, delivery driver Perry excellent

So many lovely suites to choose from, the quality is superb and the prices are excellent value. The salesman Luke was very helpful and leaves you to look around without bothering you, which makes it a nice browsing experience.
Perry and Ben, two really nice lads ,delivered our Suite and were so very friendly and professional. They placed the sofas exactly where we asked them to, after fitting them together carefully, making the delivery stress free. We highly recommend this company.

We had our sofa delivered today by Perry .Not only were extremely pleased with Luke at S2 Sofas prior to the delivery. Perry is such a personable character who was responsible for today's delivery and installation .

From walking into showroom we were politely greeted and offered help if we needed it. When we decided which furniture we wanted,the sale was made so easy by Luke and set delivery for next day. Well done and all the best for the future. SAM and PERRY delivered my sofas next day with care and consideration to my property and new furniture. The 2 lads were curtious and polite. They are a credit to the company and their parents. Well done to all involved at s2 sofas.

Just had a suite delivered by Perry and Ben from S2 Sofas, they could not have been more helpful or efficient. They even helped and showed us how to dismantle our current sofa ready for going. We had a problem with the electrics on our sofa, Ben and Perry came out to fix it. They were very professional and did a great job. The company should be very proud of having such well mannered, efficient staff.

The delivery drivers, Sam and Perry of S2 Sofas,offered a customer service unsurpassed by just delivery drivers. Communicating the delivery status 24 hours before delivery and phoned whilst en-route is a case in point. The furniture was secure and undamaged. Above all, Sam and Perry were friendly and professional. The entire delivery process was smooth and efficient. I highly recommend Sam and Perry.

Absolutely delighted with my experience in purchasing a Parker Knoll 3 seater sofa
It was delivered by two very polite well mannered young men named Sam and Perry who did an excellent job of getting a heavy sofa into my house and in to position in my living room which wasn’t easy with all the twists and turns. They were very patient and respectful of my house didn’t bang or crash into anything. It made buying a sofa a lovely experience incidentally the sofa was absolutely gorgeous. It was everything that the advertisement said that it would be so comfortable best sofa I’ve ever had and I’ve had a few. Thank you, Sam and Perry.

Great customer service and brilliant choice of furniture. Luke introduced himself and let us wonder around the many floors without sales pitch or being pushy. We found a luxury G Plan recliner sofa we loved with adjustable footrest & lumbar support. The material was just perfect and it was a quarter of the RRP. We also saw a small grey premium leather recliner chair by Barker & Stonehouse which was so comfortable & stylish we had to have that as well. Delivery was in just a few days from payment. Perry & Ben phoned us twice to advise of timescales. They were absolutely the best - very friendly and helpful young men, nothing was too much trouble & so careful & respectful when they brought items through. The furniture was in brand new/pristine condition as expected. So very pleased with our experienced and have already recommended to several friends. Thank you so much.

Bought a lovely chair from them and it matched my sofa perfectly, it was delivered on Saturday to maltby by Perry and Ben they brought it straight to the room I wanted and was so careful not to knock anything or damage the chair id give them 5/5

We are delighted with our Parker Knoll Hudson triple action recliner sofas.
Sam and Ben phoned us 30 minutes before their arrival and were efficient, courteous and helpful when bringing in and setting up the sofas. We were very pleased with the service.
