I am a new user to Saasant software but…

I am a new user to Saasant software but experienced with Quickbooks online. I find the formatting and navigation to be very similar and I knew I could figure out this new system. I was having issues with my mapping but the customer service rep was able to help me out on the spot so I could continue working and learning the new process.

the agent resolved issue promptly

the agent resolved issue promptly. Which has been my experience overall with SaasAnt over the last 7 or so years. The part that is frustrating with Saasant is the glitches in their system since they switched to credits that doesn't allow me to work. I have thousands of credits and only need less than 100 each month. The rep has to go in and fix something on their end. Easy fix, it just stops me from working until they are open again. Overall, I really like their software.

The employees and tech support make…

The employees and tech support make this company very easy to work with. I had a problem and Pooja quickly responded with a solution as well as instructions if the issues every happens again. The issue was not a software issue however an issue on my data that I was trying to import.

Connection Issues to QBO

Had trouble connecting to my QBO today and had Googled a bunch of things but still no luck. I contacted you in the online chat and got Vigasini K as my agent and they were absolutely wonderful. They guided me to share a few quick screenshots and gave me a little direction and had me connected in no time. I should have reached out to you earlier. A wonderful experience and a very positive one.

Quick, effective service

I was unable to post my journal entry because the system said I exceeded the monthly threshold. This was an error as I have the paid plan. Akash S was able to help me quickly.
