This seller contacted me through Telegram, took $2,000 from me, and is now unresponsive. They are a scammer, and I want to report them. If such individuals continue to operate as sellers here, more victims like me will inevitably appear.

Paksutt is a cheater and a liar.
Paksutt is a dishonest client. I completed the website project and delivered all source files, valued at over $3,000. Despite this, the client left a fake and unfair review, which is extremely disappointing for those of us who work hard online to build our reputation and business.
Due to my illness, I could not respond immediately. During that time, Paksutt treated me and my family—including my parents and children—with disrespect, making abusive remarks. Such behavior is unacceptable, and no professional would tolerate it. I have been a professional web developer for nine years, and my self-respect and integrity are my top priorities.
Our agreement was for $2,000. Paksutt falsely claims to have paid the full amount, but he only paid $1,000. At the point I had completed 70% of the work, I chose not to collect the remaining $1,000 and suggested he could hire someone else to finish the remaining 30% work. I could not continue working with someone who abuses badly my parents and children.
For me, self-respect is more important than any amount of money. No project or payment is worth compromising my dignity or tolerating abuse. While I always strive to deliver quality work, I will never allow anyone to disrespect me or my family. True professionalism is not just about completing tasks—it’s about maintaining integrity, setting boundaries, and standing up for oneself.
Even though I only completed 70% of the project, the client received far more value than the money he paid. I hope this clarifies the situation.
But I think,
"Self-respect is the most important thing. It can't be wasted for a little bit of money."

I used his service for POS , well You can't call it a service, he didn't give the source code, and barely replied to my message, I tried to reach via telegram also called internationally he is not responding, he isactive untill he gets the money I paid 325$ and didn't get the service which he had promised. all he says I know since I'm for a long time in this business bla bla bla

Paid for Adsense approval services, and he barely did half of what he advertised. He reactivated old pages, and I paid extra for content although I can't show you a single article from him. Also, he placed hyperlinks to HIS business throughout my website without my knowledge or consent. They have since been removed. Also, I paid extra for articles, that I haven't seen yet.
He also created "Categories" called "Accident" which led to a blank page, for example.

Dissatisfaction with a Shop item purchase.
Creator Sabbirwdx told me that you cancelled their account because of my complaints. A lie.
They also mentioned I'm not getting a refund.
The Creator "Sabbirwdx" mentioned earlier today, and I quote: "sorry about that, you'll get delivery today."
Highly unlikely. I just want the work done correctly. The estimate went from 10-13 days after initial payment, to another payment (and they need another 5 days).
A full month since that initial payment, and I have to send 3 or 4 messages to get one response.
The Creator marked the item as delivered, but honestly he did a very poor job. I admit that he did about 50% of the work, but my website is still NOT Adsense ready due to some extremely obvious mistakes. I brought them to his attention, and he basically gave me the brush off. I am now hiring someone else to finish the job he started.
Cannot be recommended.
Sabbir did a great job, he is well versed in scripts. Would recommend him thousands times only for his dedication and honesty to work.
