Wouldn’t recommend this site

Ordered the Baylan skoll hilt weeks ago, I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this site. The order was weeks late after its specified time. They’ve also sent me a faulty lightsaber. Keeps randomly turning off, the little screws to hold the blade in place have gotten stuck as the threads weren’t properly tapered. Overall terrible experience

Only positive I can give is that I got a partial refund for it being so late however that doesn’t make up for the fact it’s faulty and will now just be a display hilt. Luckily I have other sabers from more reputable companies that actually work

Excellent service and great product

Excellent customer service and great product at a great price.
The item was dispatched really quickly but unfortunately Parcelforce lost the delivery. The guys at Saber66 were really helpfully and assisted with raising a case to see what had happened. Once it was confirmed as lost they sent out a replacement straight away whilst they went through the claims process and it arrived the next day. The saber itself is really good quality and has lots of functions. I’m really impressed with the product and company and will use again in the future.

Ordered Baylan Skoll lightsaber hilt…

Ordered Baylan Skoll lightsaber hilt (Fantastic by the way), it was late being dispatched due to shortage of saber hard cases. ordered on 30th Jan received 17th Feb. When contacted I received first class customer service about the situation and when item was dispatched. Lightsaber hilt is great, but has to re-tap threads for blade screws not a big issue. looks great on stand provided. Will definitely order again as i have my eye on another saber hilt

Great team. I decided to give second chance and well worth it.

Worked quickly to resolve an issue with my first order.
I gave them a second chance, and they sent my new order out promptly. Great sabre controls, they take a bit of getting used to. But I will grab another one soon

Ordered Darth Nihilus’ lightsaber 1st…

Ordered Darth Nihilus’ lightsaber 1st of February. They promote that sent your order within the week after ordering. Didn’t receive a mail about it. I reached out, they told me that their protected cases ran out and they will sent my parcel within 7 days. Still haven’t heard a thing. Sent another mail, no answer. Sent a message on instagram, also no answer. After reading some of the reviews on here I’m thinking I will never receive my saber.

A Total Disaster: Used Products, Technical Ignorance, and Appalling Support collector or a…

​If you are a serious collector or a practitioner in a lightsaber fencing club like I am, STAY AWAY FROM SABER66. My experience since mid-January has been a nightmare of negligence, technical incompetence, and a total lack of respect for the customer.
​1. Logistics and Shipping Negligence
I placed my orders in mid-January, expecting delivery before February. They completely washed their hands of the shipping process. I spent weeks of my vacation stressed, chasing the courier (GLS) myself because Saber66 failed to provide correct information or follow up. They blamed Spanish Customs, but it was their own poor labeling and lack of communication that caused the chaos.
​2. SNV4-PRO Double Saber Kit: Used and Defective
The SNV4-PRO kit arrived with ZERO protection (no bubble wrap).
​Damage: One hilt arrived heavily scratched, looking like a used floor model or a return.
​Missing Parts: A decorative trim (pommel/connector part) was missing.
​Battery Failure: The battery in the scratched unit is defective, lasting barely 20 minutes, while its twin hilt lasts over 75 minutes with the same configuration.
When I reported this, support (Mr. Paul) tried to gaslight me, claiming scratches are "normal" and making excuses for the battery. They treated me like I was stupid, ignoring clear evidence.
​3. Silver Blaze (XRGB): Absolute Technical Ignorance
This is the most embarrassing part. The Silver Blaze (XRGB) requires a Thread-in (threaded) blade, yet they sent a standard smooth blade.
​The "Told-you-so" Ignorance: When I pointed this out, they didn't even admit the mistake. Instead, they claimed they "don't have threaded tubes," basically implying such a system doesn't exist, even though the hilt they sold me is specifically designed for it.
​They insulted my intelligence by telling me to look for "retention screws" on a hilt that has NO holes for screws. They are selling products they don't even understand technically. It is an unusable "paperweight."
​4. Retaliation and Lack of Professionalism (The Simplex Silver)
Regarding the Silver Simplex V3 Double-Bladed (S-RGB), after I demanded solutions for their errors, the package was "lost" or recalled without my consent. I believe this was retaliation because they knew I needed them for my training club. To top it off, they deleted/blocked my account on their website to hide my order history and our interactions.
​5. Abandoned by Support
After ignoring the mess, Mr. Paul simply told me he was going on a long weekend/holiday and left me with no one to help. They ignored the videos and photos I sent. I’ve had to take this to a PayPal dispute because they refuse to face the consequences of their incompetence and have remained silent ever since.
​Verdict: Saber66 sells used gear as new, lacks basic technical knowledge of their own products, and has the worst customer service in the industry. Avoid them at all costs.

About your lier commentaries:

Your response is a masterclass in dishonesty. Let’s address the facts that you are conveniently trying to twist:
​Used and returned items: My unboxing video was recorded in real-time, the very moment I opened the package. The scratches and stripped screws were already there. It is clear that you sent me products that had been previously used, returned by another customer, and then offloaded onto me as 'new'. Telling me I caused the damage by tightening a screw is an insult to my intelligence.
​Ignorance of your own products: You claim the XRGB hilt doesn't require a threaded part. You are lying. I’ve had to commission a custom threaded tube from another manufacturer just to make the saber functional and allow the plug to fit. If I, as a customer, know more about the assembly of the saber than you do, it proves you are either incompetent or deliberately deceptive.
​Sabotaging the third delivery: The third package was already near my home. It was only after I sent you the videos complaining about the poor quality of the first two sabers that you interfered to ensure the package was returned to you so I wouldn't receive it. Do not blame Spanish customs for a return that you orchestrated to spite a complaining customer.
​A pattern of fraud: I am not the only one. Anyone who scrolls through Trustpilot will see the same pattern: defective items, missing parts, and a 'support team' that specializes in gaslighting customers instead of providing solutions.
​Lies have short legs. You can hide behind polite emails, but your business model is based on offloading scrap as premium hobby gear. You haven't dedicated 'time and effort' to help me; you've dedicated it to protecting your scams. I will make sure everyone knows exactly who they are dealing with.

Firstly, throughout this process we received a high volume of emails and videos from you, all of which were carefully reviewed by multiple members of our team in order to get to the bottom of the issues raised. We spent a considerable amount of time responding in detail and doing our best to assist. However, many of your messages included accusations before we had the opportunity to fully investigate and reply. Despite this, we remained committed to working through the situation with you.
In terms of the shipping issues, we followed the same process we use for all orders. The delay and return of one of three items were due to Spanish customs holding the parcels, which is unfortunately outside of our control. The fact that two of the three items were successfully delivered, despite being packaged in the same way, indicates that the issue was not directly related to packaging. The remaining item was returned by customs and was not recalled or withheld by us, as this process is managed by the courier and customs authorities and we would have preferred the item that was sent back was sent forward as per the two that did.

Regarding the condition of the products, all items are supplied to us directly from the manufacturer and are new and boxed. The marks referenced appear consistent with damage caused during the tightening of retention screws after delivery. We do not sell threaded blades, and the video evidence provided shows that the hilt had been disassembled, exposing an internal threaded section. However, this is not where the blade is designed to be fitted, which is where the confusion arose. When we attempted to explain this, we were unfortunately met with accusations that we were being dishonest and didn’t know what we were talking about.

We would also like to clarify that we do not delete or block customer accounts—this is simply not something we do, so we are unsure why this was suggested.

Communication regarding staff availability was shared with you to ensure you were aware that your case would continue to be handled by a manager during that time, maintaining continuity of support. This was intended to be transparent and helpful. It’s disappointing that the only part of this context was not included in your review, as it does not reflect the level of care and attention given by the team.

We understand that this situation has been frustrating. However, we strongly refute the suggestion that your concerns were ignored. A significant amount of time and effort was dedicated by our team and management to reviewing your case and working towards a resolution for you.

Don't buy from them

Don't buy from them. It took them two months to send me my order, They forgot to send the user manual and when I requested a refund due to low quality of the product and defective screws, they didn't respond.

Update:
They reached out to me and provided support. They sent a digital copy of the user manual and explained they were updating their return registrations system so that is why it took so long and also when I asked for a partial refund due to the inconvenience experienced and defective screws, they accepted and provided a 20 GBP refund. That is why I will update my review score from 1 to 3 stars.

Oh wow!

Had a few hiccups in the ordering process, the guys I spoke to were great, sorted things out and answered all of my questions and within 2 days my lightsaber had been delivered.
