Sabrina Engelhardt – Relationship Coaching for Individuals & Couples Hi, I’m Sabrina, a certified relationship coach, married for over 14 years, mom of two daughters, and someone who knows firsthand what it’s like to question your relationship and wonder if there’s a way forward. I support individuals and couples who are feeling disconnected, caught in recurring arguments, or unsure whether their relationship still makes sense. Whether you're facing a communication breakdown, feeling lonely in your partnership, or stuck in a cycle of doubt, you're not alone - and it doesn't mean you're failing. A few years ago, I went through a very difficult phase in my own marriage. My husband and I had grown apart. Miscommunication had become the norm, we felt like strangers living parallel lives, and we started seriously considering divorce. Not because of a big betrayal, but because it seemed like we were just too different - different values, different needs, and no clear way to reconnect. We couldn’t understand each other anymore, and I wasn’t sure whether love was enough. That experience changed everything for me. I began to look more deeply, not just at our dynamic, but also at myself. I learned how relationships really work, how our emotional patterns shape the way we love, and what it actually takes to rebuild trust, closeness, and emotional safety. That personal journey is what led me to become a relationship coach. Today, I work with individuals and couples who want to stop spinning in confusion and start moving toward clarity. You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need a willingness to explore your side of the story and a desire to grow, whether your partner joins you or not. Together, we explore: - Why you keep getting stuck in the same dynamics - How to communicate more clearly and calmly - How to reconnect with yourself and your needs - And how to build - or rebuild - emotional intimacy and connection I work online, in English, German, or French, and bring a clear, calm, and compassionate presence to each session. My approach is grounded and honest. I don’t offer quick fixes or fluffy advice - I guide you through a process that helps you understand what's happening, what you truly want, and how to take the next step from a place of strength. Because relationships don’t thrive on autopilot. They require courage, reflection, and sometimes a fresh start - either together or apart, but always in alignment with who you are.
