Best prices and clear communication with good delivery updates. Used this company before and never disappointed!
Small issue on last delivery (few bottles missing) but one simple email to them and sorted out in few days. What more can you ask for? Polite and courteous customer services - unlike other online businesses.

Purchased some cans of lager, beer and IPAs as a gift for my husband through living social provided by Sadler’s Brewery. It arrived promptly and in good order but I thought I was expecting two glasses to go with it. I emailed Sadler’s and was in communication with Carol. She replied within a few minutes asking for further details. As I looked into it further I thought maybe I’d pressed the wrong button or got confused with my order. Carol was very good and took the time to contact me several times. Great customer service.

I'm always sceptical when using a new company but fantastic I ordered on Sunday afternoon and was delivered Wednesday morning would definitely reccommend and will definitely be using again thank you

Great tasting bottled larger for a great price. Plus free postage over £40 spend which makes it even more worth the spend. Delivery guy was very friendly and never been asked for identification for a parcel which made me feel younger

Initially recommended by family first and then we tried for ourselves... We've ordered over time the various ciders, Rum, the Muddy Stout and the dark IPA's and honestly it's really dangerous just how nice a drink they all are.. We thoroughly recommend them and I think they have done a superb job.
Also, the customer services team have always been brilliant - Thanks Carol.

Good company, great beer and spirits, Black IPA and Spiced Rum my favourites. Despatch is immediate and very well packaged to avoid breakage in transit. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again, the bundle deals when on are terrific value.

Had a problem with an order ,one of the items was broken in transit .i emailed customer service and replacement was delivered the next day.

Ordered a bottle of sloe gin late November and despite two emails (no reply) asking where my item is, I’m still waiting for a response. I know it’s busy, but it’s been 10 days plus and their website suggest the item was shipped in November, Today I tried calling but all I get is their voicemail (which is full) so I couldn’t leave a message. Starting to panic that they’re not a genuine company. Hopefully they will get back to me ASAP. UPDATE: After a month, the item was refunded. It was only by leaving comments on FB and via Messenger that I finally got a reaction. I suspect they just can’t cope with the Christmas volume of business, but still, it’s no way to treat your customers. As a result, they blocked me on both media and I had to wait until it was at their convenience to sort it out. Taking a month to do it without any sense of apology just isn’t good enough. Sadly, I can’t recommend.

We saw a great offer advertised and was a little apprehensive so decided to email them for some information which they responded immediately. I decided to make the online purchase and after two days received the product very carefully and safely wrapped. How wonderful to have such a first class service in these difficult times.
