Recently had two gold bangles and one silver one from Saege . Lovely pieces. I previously ordered two necklaces which i love. Items are great quality. Bangles arrived quickly. Nicely packaged too and makes a great gift.

Cant fault their customer service as I had to change my address for my order as I was moving and they helped and were very quick to message back. The jewellery is really high quality and I would be happy with it but the bangle I ordered just falls straight of my arm so is unwearable, I hadn't had a chance to try it on until recently but they will not refund or give store credit and let me return due to 14 days return policy which I understand but its unwearable and I have wasted money on something I cant even use. If you have skinny arms avoid the bangles as they are large.

No problems at all - delivery event take too long and well wrapped. Lovely rings and earrings. Not worn on holiday yet to test them. Shame they don't do anklets

I have loved every piece that has arrived from this brand. Their bracelets are fantastic... and get a ton of attention.

Every item I have bought is just beautiful. My initial necklace receives lots of praise when I wear it. Worn on holiday and does not tarnish in swimming pool. Bought one for my granddaughter as well who also loves hers.
Customer service is second to none. If you’re considering buying then I certainly can recommend them.

Saege’s customer service has been excellent - unfortunately two charms fell off my necklace and they replaced it without question.

Saege has been a wonderful jewellery company which I found in 2025. I have bought more than ten resin bangles, some silver cuffs, adjustable rings and two initial necklaces. The quality is excellent and each product looks like the picture, so it makes purchasing online very easy! Many of the bangles I have given as gifts and all recipients love them to bits!

I ordered 3 necklaces one arrived damaged with a detached charm. I contacted the company they asked me to send a photo of the damage. I replied and have not heard anything since. I have chased this twice. No acknowledgement or plan to address my disappointment. I am updating my review to say that the company have now replaced my necklace and restored my confidence

The Saege bangles are far more beautiful than more expensive brands. The colours are rich, creamy and glow beautifully. I have had so many friends ask where I bought them so get ready Saege and Co, they could sell out soon 😁🤣

Der Versand dauert im Vergleich zu anderen Anbietern sehr lange.
Im Falle einer Retoure muss eine Email an den Kundendienst geschrieben werden. Auf diese wurde aber nicht reagiert. Erst als ich nochmals über das Kontaktformular angefragt habe, bekam ich eine Antwort. Allerdings hieß es nun, ich hätte die 14-Tage-Rückgabezeit überschritten. Dies war nicht richtig (es waren noch nicht einmal 10 Tage) und ich konnte dies auch anhand der Sendungsverfolgung beweisen. Nun darf ich retournieren , muss aber die Kosten selbst tragen (das war mir bewusst). Allerdings muss mit versichertem Versand nach Großbritannien versendet werden. Das ist sehr teuer und lohnt sich bei einem Schmuckstück (das nicht gepasst hat in der größten Größe…fiel sehr klein aus) nicht. Ich bestelle sehr viel online, bei Saege Schmuck werde ich sicherlich nie wieder etwas kaufen.

Everytime I saw my friend she had a necklace on from saege. I could not take my eyes off it. She had it in gold and I knew my sister would love it so I purchased the silver version for her. Good quality. My friend says she never takes it off and never tarnished etc. Think I might need to treat myself to it too.
