I took out a stain remover policy with Guardsman, and each time I have made a claim, the worker has always been super professional and gets the sofa cushions back to brand new. The products aren’t strong smelling but are amazing. Martin makes it easy to book appointments and knows his stuff.
I highly recommend him and the company.

I had a lovely gentleman called Russ come over today to clean my sofa. He was so polite and professional, I feel like I've just had a mate over for a chat! The service was 10/10 and he's given me so much advice on how to keep my sofa and carpets clean.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Technician Paul is an asset to the company. Nobody would ever know that my newly purchased cream sofa had previously had 2 sizeable blue stains. Removed with perfection! Thank you!

Had a terrible interaction with Martin Jordan who is representing your Nottingham territory. I'm a landlord and politely texted for a quotation - I asked if it could be put on an email as I'm running a business and need something relatively formal for tax purposes.
He refused and proceeded to quote me over text - unprofessional and unhelpful. When I questioned this I was told "no problem, I'm busy for the next 3 weeks".
Totally petulant and rude for what reason? What a great representation of your company.

I had an expensive mattress that needed cleaning.
I didn't hold out much hope with regards to the results.
However Dave left it like new. Spotless.
Highly recommended.

Russ at SafeClean has been cleaning my sofa's for many years. I've had 3 sofas from DFS (cleaning plans last for 5 years). And thanks to his business my sofa's still look new at the end of the plan. I just like getting new at the end of term.

Russ is always on time. Friendly and have genuine down to earth conversation. Russ will ask about how my business is running and my family members who I care for. It's lovely that he cares and remembers.

Russ goes above and beyond to make sure he does a great job and still surprises me he can get rid of any stain from water marks to glue.
All solutions used are pet and allergy friendly.

Sofas and carpets look as good as new, considering the state they were in after leasing the property out I’m over the mood with the results!

Paid to have all the house carpets cleaned as it was the end of my tenancy. Was helpful in agreeing to collect keys from estate and go in to clean, but once I got the final report from the estates after they had inspected it they commented that the living room had missed areas and there was still a stain in one of the bedrooms. With paying so much to have this done I would of expected better. I emailed the company about this with the details from the estate but had no reply.

Totally Excellent! Tony Bonnen from SafeClean steam cleaned all my carpets just after I moved house. He did a brilliant job! He worked quickly and effectively and made the carpets look wonderful. So worthwhile doing this - made the house feel like my home! Would very much recommend.

Steve the technician, called to see if I was available the following day. He arrived on time which is amazing in itself as Preston has a terrible one system. He did an amazing job cleaning my DFS suite. Absolute credit to the company

I am very please with my Sofa and rug clean yesterday if I could give it more star ratings I would. My 22 year old sofa was cleaned by a Gentleman named Mick in Nottingham. My sofa is like brand new I’m over the moon and would highly recommend amazing job and customer service

Wow Elliott from safeclean came he was so polite Respectful and accomodating not o ly when he attended my property but in arranging the appointment. Its dso refreshing to have this level of service. He was so professional was mindful of his shoes and afferent to remove . He put loads of cloths down and was amazing at tidying up. Thank you so so much raine

I booked this company to come and clean a sofa in my house in Bristol. Wasn't too sure how the result would turn out as the fabric was cream coloured and some of the marks looked quite deep. Nice chap called Steve turned up, on time too, and did an amazing job. Sofa looks as good as new now! Would gladly recommend on my experience.

After using another well known cleaning company to clean my sofa,which charged an astronomical price and did a terrible job,leaving marks still visible i have twice now used safeclean which i can not recommend enough.I had my sofa cleaned on wednesday and the service is professional,friendly and my sofa looks like new 😁Fantastic service exactly what you pay for.BRILLIANT!!!!!!!
