I recently had security alarms fitted at home and was a bit anxious that I wouldn’t know how they worked but Conar put me totally at ease and was very respectful of myself and my home. They did a fantastic job no mess and didn’t leave until he was sure I understood everything and how it worked great price too compared to other prices quoted in the past I would definitely recommend to anyone interested they also were not pushy just calmly explaining everything needed and left it for me to decide. I had linked smoke alarms fitted, the service was excellent, no pressure sales pitch just the right amount of information. The fitter was spot on the time and date arranged and very courteous, he had the alarms fitted very quickly with zero mess and all for a very reasonable cost. I Highly recommended safe hands to all.

No fuss experience fitting my own alarms which had been bought over a year ago and still not been installed by my hubby. Good price and fitted in a jiffy. Nothing was a bother and clearly explained how they worked.

Where to start Jordan was spot on time 10am. Had a look over the areas where alarms were going, explained how they work, asked exactly where I wanted them to go within the perimeters allowed. No mess at all and so pleasant the service was exemplary and I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Thank you again Jordan.

Filled in the smoke alarm contact form on Sunday, got a call later that day, and an appointment made for the Monday. Declan arrived when he said he would, was friendly, explained everything as he went along, and the job was completed in about 20 mins. No mess no fuss.
We also asked for some advice re house alarms. Ian phoned us to discuss our options, and arranged to visit a few days later. He also arrived when he said, listened to our requirements, and suggested how best to go forward. He removed the old non functioning system and replaced it with one that meets our needs. He spent time ensuring that we were comfortable with operating the new system. All of this at a fair price. We would recommend.

Logan arrived on time last night to fit our smoke and heat alarms, he explained everything to us clearly before starting the work. The job was done quickly and without any mess, Logan was a lovely lad, very friendly and respectful. Highly recommend.

Very professional and helpful. Unfortunately one of my smoke alarms fell off the ceiling, (probably too close to the bathroom), Conor came back to refit without any quibbles. Very happy with the service and price.

Great communication with Conar - even out of normal working hours. Declan came up from Glasgow to cover Inverness as part of his day. Heat detector and two smoke detectors fitted quickly. Friendly and explained clearly how to turn one of them off if they all go off. Ten year life explained and a certificate written. For me, with so much choice on the market getting these alarms fitted quickly and professionally was a bonus. From initial enquiry via Facebook over the festive period to fitting was within two weeks.

Spoke to Conar who offered to get alarms fitted the following day.
