I am having the same problem as others have said regarding refunds. Maybe reporting them to trading standards might help.

As others have said if no stars available that is what I would give. It seems a common problem for not refunding and not responding to correspondence. I returned a dress on the 26th February and still waiting. I will not however give up chasing this. Unbelievable for a premium brand

returned all 3 items for my order #19633, which is over €5K, promptly on January, using the label your team provided. My return was delivered to your warehouse on 16 January, and the refund was not processed despite multiple follow-ups over a period of more than 60 days by email, phone, WhatsApp and Instagram.
Made my civil wedding ceremony dress with Safiyaa.
The experience was absolutely perfect. I was assisted virtually, asked for my measurements and recommended a custom size which ended up sitting like a glove.
Smooth, very professional and warm experience.
Bought a dress online and wasnt too sure about the fit, returned it then went into their store and had a wonderful time. Ended up ordering a dress and a jacket - the staff couldnt be nicer.
I only gave them one star because no stars was not an option. I ordered two dresses from them for my son's wedding. They didn't fit and I returned them immediately. This was last February. To date, they still owe me $5200. My bank has been involved since May trying to get my money back. I ordered another dress(which I ended wearing..if only I had known how horrible they were I never would have). They charged me for two dresses, and, after my bank fighting them they paid me back( thanks for paying me back for a dress you never sent) a few months ago. It took about 7 months. Though their dresses are lovely, their customer service is the absolute worst. I would NEVER recommend that anyone order from them. They not only have terrible customer service, they are dishonest.
My experience sounds like others here. Purchased a dress and returned because the sizing was very small. They were responding to contact and provided a return label. I even received an email confirming that the return was received, QC'd and had been sent through for refund. Then NOTHING! They do not answer emails to any address, or whatsapp or telephone. It has been 2 months since I returned and I am now chasing action through my bank credit card provider. Disgraceful company

All the reviews you are reading are TRUE. I purchased a dress from them three weeks ago. I tried on a sample and was assured a new one would be made to order and that it would be ready for pick up in the timeframe I needed. I went today to pick it up. The salesperson who made my appointment was not there and he had left me the same sample I tried on. It was filthy dirty and then they tried to say I stepped on it!. The young lady who was left to deal with me assured me that the dress only needed steaming and that the dirt would not show as it would be cut off for the alteration. I called my credit card company to refuse the charge as I had not taken anything physically out of the showroom. She also heard the conversation that they would cut the dirt off the dress. I am hoping my credit card company will reimburse me but as pointed out below, it is very difficult to have anyone respond. When I finally reached the salesperson who helped me, he said his team was working on it. I asked him who his team was but he could not give me a response. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! THEY ARE THE WORST AND LIARS
These are SCAMMERS, please do not buy anything from this site. They do not refund your money even if you return the purchased products. Additionally, the quality is extremely poor, and they do not respond to emails or WhatsApp messages.
In line with other recent reviews this company failed to refund me the £1300 owed for a dress returned to them. When I emailed them when I still hadn't received my refund almost 4 weeks after they received the return( I could tell this from UPS tracking info) they did not reply. A few days later I messaged them via Whatsapp but they did not respond to this message either. I raised a complaint via Paypal and thankfully they found in my favour and the money has been refunded to me. There was a separate issue when I initially tried to return the dress via DHL using the label Safiyaa provide. The parcel was delivered back to me 2 days later with the words" credit cancelled" written on the box. When I contacted them about this they claimed they could not understand why this had happened and sent the UPS label instead. They seem happy to respond in order to facilitate getting the goods back but getting your money back is a different matter. Annoyingly, I am still getting adverts for them on my Facebook feed which make them seem like a quality/ reliable brand. Unfortunately, this is not the case. I would avoid
Jag beställde en klänning. Den var av dålig kvalitet och en halv stl mindre än förväntat. Jag bad därför om en retur, retursedeln kom snabbt via mail och jag returnerade klänningen. Så långt inga konstigheter. Enligt Dhl levererades paketet till företaget som förväntat inom ngr dgr, därefter har jag inte hört något på flera veckor. Kundtjänst svarar inte på mail och tel-nr på hemsidan är inte i bruk.
Quite possibly one of the worst shopping exp I have ever had. Ordered 4 items; 2 rope and 2 blazers multiple sizes to check for fit. Followed up after 10 days on making payment to understand what was happening with the order. Was asked to reduce to 2 items as items were out of stock. Agreed to this and asked for an immediate refund of 2 cancelled items. - over a month later still waiting for the refund.
Remaining two items I returned within 2 days of receiving as unsuitable. Again, still waiting for a refund. No response to WhatsApp, calls or emails. They have over £4000 of my money and nothing back from them. Unbelievably dishonest and frankly illegal. Am now pursuing a claim through courts. DONT ORDER!

I’ve been a faithful client of Safiyaa for many years, always admired the brand. But this recent experience has been appalling. I placed a large order and returned some items worth £5000, well within their return window and policy. DHL confirmed delivery, and Safiyaa acknowledged receipt over the phone (Jay) — yet no refund for over a month.
I’ve sent multiple emails, called numerous times (which they now avoid), and still nothing. At this point, it feels like they’ve stolen my money.
Shocking service from a brand I once respected. Avoid Safiyaa at all costs.
I purchased a dress from Safiyaa and was deeply disappointed with both the quality and the fit, not at all what you would expect for the high price point. When I reached out to them for help, through email or WhatsApp (the only contacts available on their website), I received absolutely no response. It’s as if they just disappeared after my purchase. Even though before purchasing they were responding regularly on WhatsApp!
I never usually write reviews, but I felt I had to warn others about this company. The lack of customer support is shocking, and the quality of the product does not match the luxury branding they promote. Sadly, this company is a SCAM and would never purchase from them again or recommend them to anyone.
Save your money and shop elsewhere.
The clothing fits my style perfectly — I love how the dresses and tops sit on me, and they truly look great. The quality of the tailoring, fit, and prints clearly reflects the brand’s high positioning. However, the same cannot be said for the fittings.
I purchased the Roisin top (schulterfreies Oberteil aus Crêpe mit Cut-Out und Verzierungen), and unfortunately, the beads and stones began falling off after just one wear. The fastenings are so fragile that the stones can be pulled off with a light touch and drop to the floor. I lost six stones/beads after only a couple of hours at an event, despite handling the garment with great care.
It’s very disappointing to see such excellent craftsmanship compromised by poor-quality decorative fittings.
Same thing has happened me with this company - returned the dress and waiting over 2 months for a refund - completely ignoring my e mails and WhatsApp messages - customer number does not work - my bank is now trying to get my money back -
It would appear the only other review here is not an anomaly. It seems to be spot on! They received my return and signed for it and are ignoring my requests for even an update on my refund! I followed all the directions, sent in back in perfect condition, it was signed for as received and total quiet! Now I guess I go to my cc company and file a claim! Too bad. They have nice stuff but I will never buy from them again even if they finally do refund me! Bad service!!
I returned a dress immediately after receiving it and have been waiting over THREE MONTHS for my £4,000 refund. This was supposed to be my wedding dress, and instead of getting my money back, I’ve been met with complete silence and excuses. Even after filing a bank claim, they’re STILL refusing to return my money.
It’s become clear they’re just using customers’ money to credit themselves – completely unethical and borderline criminal. They take your money, keep it, and give you nothing in return. I’ve never been so disappointed or angry.
This was meant to be a joyful, once-in-a-lifetime moment, and they turned it into a nightmare. Absolutely disgusting business practices. NEVER, EVER ordering again – and I warn everyone else to stay far away.
