sagolfonline.co.za Reviews

My order arrived by courier one day after I placed my order. It was also exactly as described.
Great service!

There was a hiccup with my order I was called and we tried finding an alternative. I was promised I would receive it on a certain date and that's EXACTLY when I got it. Loved my product and Adored the service. Would shop here any day. 😘

Excellent service. Nic went out of his way to sort out my order and delivery.

5 star service and good pricing! Highly recommend!

Outstanding service, not the cheapest but had my new wedge in 2 days couriered to outlying area. The club arrived in great condition. Thanks

Excellent sevice. Fast delivery. Thank you.

The service has really been poor so far:

1. The product they said they had in stock, was not in stock after I paid.
2. They did manage to source another set from a supplier, however they never get back to me, I always have to ask whats the update and they take very long to reply.
3. When we got the Taylormade set, the 7 Iron was from a Cleveland set.

We are still trying to get the correct 7 Iron that matches the set. We are asking for feedback - However really really struggling to get replies.

Not sure if it just a once off occurrence. But I wont talk bad about them, but really wont revere anyone to them.

If they get the message: WE ARE WAITING FOR AN UPDATE ON THE 7 IRON PLEASE. I BELIEVE IT IS YOUR WORK TO UPDATE US... THANKS

Nic is excellent and an asset to the business. Great service and fast delivery.

Both Proshop and Golfers club couldn’t help me find a Vokey wedge, Nic from SAGolfOnline found one, great communication. Will definitely be getting clubs here again.

unavailable stock after payment was made...

Pity I cant give 6-stars. Thank you Nic. Excellent service!

The service and communication was great. Very happy.

Excellent communication and service! Highly recommended!

Arrived on time and in perfect condition.

Package was sent very quickly. However the product was not properly covered inside the delivery box.
My suggestion would be to cover the whole product in bubble wrap to avoid damages while in transit.

Thank you for the quick service.

Great company to work with. Professional and best value hands down.

As a left-hand golfer, I always struggle to find clubs. As soon as I contacted you guys you immediately help me without hesitation. I told you what clubs I was interested in an you went out of your way to give me all the specs about it. You recommended a different set of clubs that would also improve my game, by asking me questions about my game. It was a great choice to make use of your service and I am so happy with everything you helped me with. It was fantastic to see how enthusiastic you were about golf clubs and equipment as well as your seeing customer satisfaction. you also gave me a message a few weeks after I bought the clubs, just to check in and make sure if I was still happy with my clubs and if my game was improving. Thank you for your good service and great support.

Thanks so much for the great quality service! So happy with my purchase ... the clubs arrived only a few days after I purchased them and in prestine condition so I will definitely be making more purchases through your site in the future!
