Amazing service, efficient artwork check system and wonderful recycled product! Russ was wonderful.

We are a social group of amatuer wine makers, so we do not have a lot of cash to splash around, I found Sailflags via google, they were so helpful, supplying a design template for us to use and lots of communication to ensure that our graphics were the best quality to use, we could specify when it was needed for, delivered with a couple of weeks to spare.
As for the product, perfect, we are over the moon with the result

I don’t often leave reviews because I am often disappointed with the service I receive generally. However, Mark Boase and his team smashed it . I was up against time lines and needed eco friendly banners urgently. 2 days turn around and delivered this afternoon. Product perfect. Communication by all bang on . Well done you achieved and the quality was spot on. Thank you to you all … you have my future business

Replacement flag pole arrived within a few days of ordering and Mark was extremely helpful.

Printed and dispatched a couple of flags same day which arrived 8.30 following morning for an event happening the same day. Excellent response and service would highly recommend as these guys make it happen.

From making initial contact for a quote right through the design and ordering process and even to the delivery of the items the service has been nothing but exemplary. The quotes were the best we found on the market for what we wanted and no request to too big a task for the Sailflags team. Within an hour of ordering the proofs were in my inbox, payment was easy and quick. Ordered and paid for the items on 26th April and received them yesterday (03/05). Very efficient service with sustainable material on the feather flags made from recycled materials.
Excellent quality and finish on the items. Would definitely recommend Sailflags to anyone looking for flags, feather flags or banners. We cannot wait to use our items and show them off at our event on 22nd June.
