I had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Sherry on western & lake. She was very informative very friendly and very helpful. She took care of me in a timely order. I will be recommending others to her.

10/10 recommend! I was helped by James Roberts and was given all the information I needed and was helped with great customer service. Very polite and nice! I would recommend to anyone who is in need of a Loan to stop in and talk to the great staff they have on hand at Sail Loan

The ladies here got me what I needed and did most of it over the phone. They were all smiles when I walked in too which is good and even talked about issues my kid is having at school with me while they did they thing for me. Kathy answered my calls over the weekend when she was off to help me cash my check and spent 15-20 min on the phone with the cash place helping dude reach whoever he had to talk to to make sure the check was real or whatever. She said she couldn't do it or she woulda but she stayed on the phone with us until dude reached whoever it was and got the okay from them to cash it. I was like damn girls day off n she sitting here helping me out on the phone over about 3 hrs from the first time I called to when I got to rite place n she helped out there too. I got more money than I thought I would and it costs less than loans I be getting before too. Go see the ladies here tho the red head is good and the black haired one answers urs calls even when she ain't even working lol

This was overall a speedy and non-hassling process. The response time to get approved and get funded was fast and wasn’t too much unnecessary paperwork but

The women at SAIL Loans in Granite City were better than I could have imagined. The atmosphere is unlike any other place similar to this and Cathy and Allie made the time I was there fly by. The got me the money I needed and it did take a little bit longer than I had hoped but they did offer to let me leave and said they could do a direct deposit in the bank but it wouldnt be there today so i declined the offer. i feel like i have known Allie forever after this and Cathy had me laughing too. It seemed like they ggot along good with each other too ans helped out when they were having questions. Cathy told me about the good areas of the loan when i wasnt sure and allie gave me a bunch of referral cards to give to people as well. keep it up GC and ill probably be back before long.

Chanel Smith, Was very respectful and polite with her customer service today. Shes very humble and respectful and took the process easily and made sure everything was up to par! She made sure i felt welcome and made sure everything was well Took care of. I am happy to be a customer and look forward to the future with sail loans!

Shanitria is the best she went above and beyond to help me get everything i needed for my loan she made sure i didn’t leave until i was absolutely satisfied and understood everything Thanks so much Ms.Smith u rock
