Make it 1.5 days instead of 2 full…
Make it 1.5 days instead of 2 full days? Add in another round table. Make one of the sessions more of a workshop to break it up from presentation style back to back. Thought most of the speakers were credible thought leaders in the space. Networking activities at lunch would have been nice as it was a long lunch. It was my first time so I didn't know what to expect but feel like it was a bit pricey.

SEC Leadership Accelerator Course
Recently completed the SEC Leadership Accelerator course. Fantastic! Exposure to leaders at the top of their field, tapping into their expertise, and the Enablement and Revenue leaders participating in the group were incredible. The workshopping sessions were my favorite, where we would share best practices and brainstorm to help one another. The topics covered, leadership, team management, enablement strategies, metrics, scaling and growth and tools and software, all relevant to my every day. What I learned I've been able to apply and have additional immediate impact in my organization. Thank you, SEC!!!

SEC Leadership Accelerator course
I just completed the SEC Leadership Accelerator Certification course and it was worth every penny. The blended approach of live instructor-led sessions with recorded sessions and resources was excellent. Each topic (leadership, team management, sales enablement strategy, metrics, tools/software and scaling/growth) was covered in a way which left me feeling fully confident in meeting the demands of my role as director of global sales enablement for my company. I also appreciate building great relationships with my co-attendees from around the world (about 10 in all) and look forward to staying in touch with them in our mutual journey. Kudos SEC! I just completed the sales coaching…
I just completed the sales coaching course. I wasn't familiar with SEC until I found the course via a google search so I did a little vetting with a friend who is a sales enablement director. She reassured me that they have great content so I went for it. I was able to get some foundation quickly as I'm starting my sales coaching practice after a long career as a sales leader.I appreciated how thoughtfully the course was designed in terms of attention span and interaction and I also appreciated the resources that were shared in the form of templates, etc.

Great overall sales coaching course
This was a great course for understanding different coaching styles and ways to build a coaching culture at an organization. The templates and materials they provide are excellent resources. After going through the course I would feel confident teaching leaders on coaching their Reps and also feel better about how I would approach coaching as an Enablement Practitioner.

A vital resource for all enablement professionals
As someone who has been in Enablement for just over a year, the SEC has been a huge part of my learning and growth in my career so far.
I have attended the events, which were both excellent, I use the slack community each day and that allows me to connect with peers, pick up tips daily and it's allowed me to create some friendships too.
I have also recently completed the SEC Leaders Fellowship which has given all the tools I need to become a leader in Enablement. The course was led brilliantly by Ciaran, facilitated really well by Sonia, and the speakers were all engaging and inspiring.
The SEC is a vital resource for anyone working in enablement and I highly recommend it to everyone.
