A pain to Unsubscribe

Waste of time than to cancel you have to email them and get them to do it. Would be much easier if you could just log in and do it yourself! Absolutely no reason for the runaround in this modern era other than a dodgy company who wants to make it harder than it needs to be than most will give up and get hit with the charges or cancel their card.

I wish I would've checked Trustpilot…

I wish I would've checked Trustpilot before I signed up to Peng Joon's event. Peng Joon came recommended and I was interested in learning from him. So I signed up for a multi-day event as a VIP and I never received the VIP material which included a replay of the event. I reached out to the support email and didn't get a response.
Peng Joon runs multiple online events like Multiply Clone Live, Breakthrough Blueprint, Internet Mastery Retreat 2026, milliondollarcreation.com etc. and it was an event like this that I bought VIP access to.

A month after the event my card was charged $97 for a website called Salesprocess - a website that has absolutely no value. I've emailed them again but I have a bad feeling. I never received my VIP material.

I did not buy a software but while signing up for the event, I also signed up for paying $97 monthly for their software. Unfortunately their support is non-responsive and they have a bunch of daily support events in their calendar but I think they're fake events because I tried to join and no one let me into the meeting.
The receipt is from a company called Smobble Pte Ltd.

My Experience with SalesProcess

I run a small online business as a content creator and decided to try SalesProcess after attending an event where the platform was introduced. I believed it could potentially help my business grow, so I subscribed and spent over USD $1,000 on the platform

At the beginning, the experience was positive. The support team was responsive in helping me resolve technical issues, such as migrating my domain to the platform and setting up funnels for my website. Their assistance during the initial setup stage was helpful.

However, after spending more time testing the different tools available on the platform, I personally did not see much improvement in my online business results. While live support was available, I felt that the assistance was more helpful for technical matters than for addressing the broader challenges I was facing in growing my business.

Eventually, I decided that the platform might not be the best fit for my needs and chose to stop using it and discontinue the subscription. From my experience, some of the features seemed more suited for businesses with larger operations, while certain tools were not as applicable to the scale of my business despite the relatively high cost of the subscription.

I also emailed the company to seek clarification about what specific outcomes or value I could expect if I were to renew my subscription, and whether there were alternative pricing options that might be more suitable for smaller businesses. Unfortunately, I did not receive a response to this inquiry, although I continued to receive automated emails notifying me that my subscription payment had failed.

Overall, my experience may be different from others depending on their business model and needs. For me personally, the platform did not provide enough value relative to the cost, and I felt that more personalized support could have been helpful when addressing more complex questions.

Extremely poor trial experience!

Extremely poor trial experience! They used the 14-day free trial to obtain your credit card information. First, they charged $10, and once the 14 days were up, they directly charged the next month’s $97 without any notification. I thought I would just let it go, so I immediately used the website’s chat function to cancel my subscription. However, the customer service said I had to cancel via email and asked me to send an email to support @ salesprocess.com. I sent it, waited a day with no response, sent it again, waited another two days with no response. I then contacted the website chat again, and they said I needed to wait 24-48 hours. They kept stalling. I even provided the FTC’s regulation (News on March 23 2023), but they are still not cancel my subscription.

24/7 Support Chat: Best Support Everrrrr

Reached out to the Support Chat for help with a few technical questions. Screen-recorded my screen and all. I had Frank who was so helpful and patient in his responses. He even go the extra mile to provide comprehensive explanations and resources! My problems were all resolved in the chat itself!

Absolutely LOVEEEEE the 24/7 support chat feature as I could obtain help whenever and wherever I'm stuck inside SalesProcess! Truly amazing and I really feel supported as a client!
