My Experience with SalesProcess
I run a small online business as a content creator and decided to try SalesProcess after attending an event where the platform was introduced. I believed it could potentially help my business grow, so I subscribed and spent over USD $1,000 on the platform
At the beginning, the experience was positive. The support team was responsive in helping me resolve technical issues, such as migrating my domain to the platform and setting up funnels for my website. Their assistance during the initial setup stage was helpful.
However, after spending more time testing the different tools available on the platform, I personally did not see much improvement in my online business results. While live support was available, I felt that the assistance was more helpful for technical matters than for addressing the broader challenges I was facing in growing my business.
Eventually, I decided that the platform might not be the best fit for my needs and chose to stop using it and discontinue the subscription. From my experience, some of the features seemed more suited for businesses with larger operations, while certain tools were not as applicable to the scale of my business despite the relatively high cost of the subscription.
I also emailed the company to seek clarification about what specific outcomes or value I could expect if I were to renew my subscription, and whether there were alternative pricing options that might be more suitable for smaller businesses. Unfortunately, I did not receive a response to this inquiry, although I continued to receive automated emails notifying me that my subscription payment had failed.
Overall, my experience may be different from others depending on their business model and needs. For me personally, the platform did not provide enough value relative to the cost, and I felt that more personalized support could have been helpful when addressing more complex questions.
